Very nice and personable. I compared him to another company who just sent a "tech" and that other company wanted to charge me a fortune. This guy knows sump pumps and all things related to water damage. I would highly recommend him. For this job, his pricing was better and I fully trust his recommendations. I would recommend him and use him again.
