He was prompt, courteous, and professional as always. Been using Delta-T for all our heating and air needs (reg. maintenance as well as big repairs) for many years now, in two different homes. Would highly recommend this wonderful family-owned service business!

The provider called at the time he was supposed to, and arrived within 10 minutes. He cleaned and tuned the outside unit and checked the air handlers for temperature. He charged less than the estimate.He was prompt, courteous, and quick. I was very pleased with the service.

Delta T attempted (yes attempted ) to fix my air conditioner. I noticed water draining out of a pot light in my kitchen and promptly called Delta T who had worked only my water heater the previous month. The technician began by insulting my intelligence and stating that I must have let the bath tub run into the floor in the upstairs master bath because he couldn't find anything wrong. I may be a women (which clearly made me a moron in the eyes of these lovely gentlemen...please read with sarcasm for desired effect) but I'm pretty sure that I would notice standing water in my bathroom. This lead to another technician coming a few weeks later after I heard dripping in my ceiling. The technician found nothing wrong with the water heater or air conditioning unit at this time. Yet another visit was made by Delta T after the dripping noises continued, more water poured out of my kitchen ceiling lights and my air conditioner began to not cool. They replaced part of the coolant system at this time. Oh yes, another trip to my home was made when the air conditioner stopped working yet again and the kitchen ceiling caved in (you read that correctly MY KITCHEN CEILING CAVED IN) from all of the non existent water (according to them). At this point I called another technician to truly fix the problems and told them never to set foot in my house again.

Delta T responded quickly and gave me a no nonsense assessment and a guaranteed price for completed work. I compared some other companies but the Delta T price was seemed very fair. As it happened the unit they sell matched up perfectly with my furnace. They were able to install the day after I decided and it's working well. They gave me what I paid for. I would use them again.

Kevin, Justin and Cecil, and Joe the electrician, came to do our work of removing our 40 year old furnace and installing a new furnace and new AC. They contacted us in the morning to let us know they were on their way, then contacted us again when they had been a bit delayed. When they arrived, they looked the project over, and started immediately. They were all very, very professional, extremely courteous and polite, very nice in explaining everything that they were doing. They made sure we understood the workings of the new thermostat, gave us detailed instructions in the care of the equipment, and what to do if anything did happen to go wrong. They finished in just a few hours, long before I would have imagined it would take. They worked as a team and each person seemed to know exactly what he needed to do to make this installation a success. Through the process, they were polite, courteous and friendly -- I was very impressed. Yes, I would hire them again.

They’ve been out here several times. I didn’t think the price was too bad because he drove all the way out here. He doesn't work on gas fireplaces, I just had to call him the other day because my ignition switch went out.

He was amazing. Checked the furnace and found a plastic grocery bag rattling around in there (much to my embarrassment) because there wasn't a filter. He was out of the right size filters but offered to come by the next day and put one in and he wrote the size of my filter on the furnace, sounds crazy buI know now I know where to find it. Service was good, he was honest and informative, definitely giving him a call next time.

They were timely, professional and friendly. Found the problem with my AC and fixed. Repairs took less than one hour.

It was the first hot day of summer 95+ degrees. I called to get the AC looked at before I turned it on. To my amazement the owner and a helper were there 2 hours later. They checked the coolant level, cleaned the coils and checked my heater. The price was $125. It was not the cheapest but it was fair particularly when you consider the it was the first hot day and the timeliness of the appointment .

They were very good and quick. I was very impressed.

The men were fantastic. Very friendly, honest, proffesional and helpful! For what seemed a very reasonable rate, they had our furnace and humidifier running perfect. Now, 4 months later, it is still running great. We will most certainly use them again.

My experience with them was really good because they did a great job. Their quote was the best we'd had and we were very pleased with them. It was a local-owned business and he seemed to be very personable. The others were larger companies and they didn't answer all my questions and just weren't very personable, so I appreciate his work.

They were very professional and answered all question we had during the installation. Installation of the new a/c unit and return duct work was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a/c work!

It was Saturday night we came home late and notice there was no heat . It was late so I decide to call Delta T. on Sunday morning . Which i didn't think any one would answer but Delta T did answer , I had explain the no heat problem we were having . The owner came out that very same day within 2 hrs. I was amaze , got the same day service even on a Sunday . Jason took a look at the furnace and came to a conclusion that it was the igniter . Jason replaced the igniter and now our furnace is working great . Thanks once again Delta T.

We had a flood from our washing machine that had put out our water heater . So we called Delta T they came right out . Delta notice that all the controls were wet and so Jason took apart all the controls dry them off and put it back together . The charge was 130.00 which i felt was a good price and was happy there was nothing else that needed to be done , honest work is what we like .

After 5 quotes from different groups, I found Delta Heating & Air Services to offer the most knowledgeable and honest approach to the job. Jason gave me a firm proposal and a good price with no hidden costs. There was no hard sell, and he would be working on the job himself, ie not a middle man representing a big company. On the job, Jason and his team were professional, and flexible overcoming unforeseen obstacles; the house foundation was higher than expected, requiring additional drilling through concrete. The wiring between the electrical panel and A/C unit was run invisibly through a finished basement and not on the outside of the house. The thermostat and it's wiring was relocated to a different wall for better temperature control. This was all additional to the agreed proposal with no added costs. I feel they met all my expectations and worked with me when decisions needed to be made. The team worked quickly and efficiently, all in all, a positive experience.

We needed an air conditioner , so we called four contractors and got different bids only 2 out 4 came the day they told me . One of them was Delta T . Delta T was on time and professional the whole time . Jason was the one who came out and was very informative and told me exactly what was going to take place he walked me through the whole process . Their price was about the lowest . I am glad we decided to go with Delta T they came as planned and on time and finished all in one day . This experience was a great one .

After Jason came to my house for the proposal, we went ahead and accepted it because the price was reasonable. we were very satisfied with his work and have had no problems with the job. Jason was very respectful and answered in detail every question I had. Later that year jason and his team also placed attic insulation and we use him yearly to service our swamp cooler for start ups and shut downs. We will definately use them for any future needs in heating and air conditioning and proudly refer to everyone. AWSOME JOBS GUYS!!!
