flooring contractor
+ -1 moreThis company is unprofessional and dishonest. I strongly recommend against anyone using them for any work. They back their guarantee, but every time they have tried to remedy the problem they have made it WORSE.
Description of Work: We purchased a cherry floor from this company as an 'upgrade' in our semi custom built home. CTI (Creative Touch Interiors) installed and finished our floor. There was a defect with the finish. The defect was called 'lap lines'. We had the floor redone, and the lap lines were worse. We had the floor done a third time. This time they got their 'best' floor finisher, and the lap lines are worse than the second time which was worse than the first. They are now saying they will do it a fourth time. This company does not seem to know what they are doing.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. IT WAS A HUGE PROJECT & COULD HAVE BEEN A NIGHTMARE. OUR HOME HAS A VERY OPEN FLOOR PLAN, WITH HIGH CEILINGS & A LOFT THAT IS OPEN TO THE FLOOR BELOW. I WORRIED THAT THE DUST WOULD BE A TERRIBLE PROBLEM. THEY WORKED WITH US & KEPT THE DUST CONTAINED. THEY KEPT TO A TIGHT SCHEDULE, CORRECTED EVERY PROBLEM WITH A GREAT ATTITUDE & WERE JUST WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH. BOTTOM LINE, I GOT THE BEAUTIFUL HARDWOOD FLOORS I ORIGINALLY WANTED WHEN THE HOUSE WAS BUILT & YOU CAN NOT TELL WHERE THE ORIGINAL ENDS & THE NEW BEGINS.
Description of Work: INSTALLED HARDWOOD FLOORS IN OUR FAMILY & LIVING ROOM. REFINISHED THE ADJOINING HALL, KITCHEN & BATHROOM HARDWOOD FLOORS TO MATCH.
