His first estimate was 2/3rds of his final estimate. I was hoping it would be a lot closer and I did not go with him.

This was our first time remodeling so we tried to do our homework first. We interviewed four other contractors before picking Gary Beaudette and his company. We found him friendly, very professional, and honest throughout the project. If there were any questions, concerns, or problems, Gary was always prompt in addressing them to our satisfaction.

Gary's bid was neither the highest, nor lowest of the three bids I received. But from the beginning I knew this was the person I would want to use. He seemed to immediately understand what we had in mind and at the first meeting took copious measurements of the areas involved. The original bid included a computer designed drawing with measurements and suggestions and it only took a few back and forth emails to finalize the final project. Once the work began Gary was on site regularly and was always instantly available by telephone and email. All floors and carpets were protected, areas that created dust were isolated as much as possible and Gary was always on site to make sure that the subs were respectful of the house. We had so much confidence in them that we left town for two weeks and gave the crew complete access to the house. Gary's knowledge of home construction and his personal attention to the smallest detail gives this award winning construction company top marks in all areas.

They also won award for the remodel. (Luxury Kitchen Remodel). They were fantastic, very responsive.

We had a limited budget and Cambridge Construction did an excellent job helping us get the best finishes and results possible without exceeding our budget.
