Subpar work (screen slider does not stay on track and is not functional). There are multiple gaps around the frame that were left unaddressed. During the process we experienced many delays, non stop excuses and the work was never completed even though payment was made in full. We never received the screen insert to our front storm door that we paid for. I've given Larry every opportunity to make things right and he continues to make excuses and does not follow through. I feel swindled. Do not do business with this company.

The quality of the work seems good, but there was some miscommunication between myself and the business. I did NOT get what I paid for. For this project, I clearly stated I wanted my patio pet proof, but the screen wasn't pet proof at all (for a small cat). Less than 1 week and it already has a couple of holes/rip. I'll update this review IF they fix and actually do what I initially wanted. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend them. To include, professionalism was not so good. They were over 1 hour past the window they said they would come, which was very irritating considering I work a night schedule. And I didn't even get a single apology.

Make sure that all the work is done to your expectations. We had to finish caulking all the gaps to try and keep the bugs out. Called him with sliding door issues, it's been 3 weeks that he called to follow up and we haven't heard from him since. It wasn't worth what I paid.
