Very professional and friendly to work with. Already recommended to others.

Father/son business. Very nice people. Had to make screens for entire house. Only complaint is with timing of appointments. Had to call to see if they were still coming. A phone call from them to say that they were running late would have been helpful. Overall, however, very pleased with finished product/ work.

Larry was so great to work with. He knew he was leaving to go on a little vacation so he made sure to squeeze me in before he left. Nice to know there are still honest and trustworthy companies out there.

They did a great job and willing to come after 5 pm to do the work which made it easier for me to work with them since I have a 9 to 5. The only issue was with communication as I asked for an estimate on a security screen a couple of times but never received any information. But I am happy with the work done on my window screens.

Ross did a great job in installing a new screen for our patio french door. Once we saw the new one, we also had him replace the other side of the french door screen. The only issue I had was around scheduling & communication. We initially had a date & time scheduled, but that day turned very cold and snowy. Larry contacted me and asked for a reschedule, which made sense. I sent him a detailed list of days & times the for following week. I didn't hear back from him, so a few days later I sent another email asking what the reschedule might be. He replied a couple of days later but didn't specify the time. I tried to get a time nailed down but wasn't successful. On the scheduled day, I called and asked for a time. A few hours later I got a call saying Ross was on the way. This isn't a big issue for me, but something the guys might want to focus on in the future to help other customers.
