Excellent customer service. Larry was very pleasant to do business with. Created and a new frame and screen for an unusual size and part of my back door. Fit like a glove and was exactly what I wanted! Larry stayed in contact and came through as promised. Would Highly recommend BUG's OUT SCREEN COMPANY for any and all of your screen needs.

Larry told me that my screens would be done in the same week that he picked them up. I heard nothing from him that week. Two weeks later, I contacted him. He said he would be at my house at 12:30 the next day. I left work early to meet him there. He never showed up, never called. Then there was another missed appointment-no call no show. I texted him to ask him to Bering my screens back so I could find someone else to fix them. This was now 4 weeks after our initial visit. He brought my screens back and charged me full price! No discount for all of the no call no shows. Awful experience.

All seven (7) of the screens on my lanai were in need of replacement. Bug's Out Screen (Larry Laskowski and his son) arrived exactly at the time scheduled and quickly and expertly replaced all 7 screens. The work was impeccable. They cleaned up everything and left my lanai in great shape. I would highly recommend them for any screening project needed.

The great thing is they pick up the screens, repair them, return and hang them. I had no way to transport them to a screen repair store. I also wanted them hung. The quality of the work was Excellent. I would use them again.

I originally hired another vendor (Grandma’s Handyman), and they could not successfully replace the patio screen door…. But then I hired Bug’s Out Screen (Larry Laskowski) and they were TERRIFIC! Built and replaced screen door. Don’t buy patio screen door (say, from Home Depot) with Adjuster bottom and top; they simply do NOT work. Instead, have one built — by Bugs Out! Very professional, very nice. Well done!
