When I committed to hiring Larry, he told me that he would put me on his schedule for the next week. When the next week came and I did not hear from him, I called him and was told that he lost his contact information but that he could possibly get to me that afternoon. He did not show and did not call to reschedule. All he did was cause my project to slip about 10 days. Terrible customer service!

Larry was able to lift and pull our sliding windows inside in order to wedge the window screens into place. Construction of framed ‘plantation’ shutters had limited the wiggle room for inserting the screens. He did the impossible that even another expert had tried but could not do. Larry gets an A+++ !!!!!
