Description of Work: I cannot say enough good things about this contractor. Hands down he is the best contractor I have ever had do work for me. He can virtually do anything. He has done work for me on and off for over 2 years. A neighbor referred him to me. He is very honest with a high degree of expertise and competency. He will figure out a way to fix what you need done and he will not give you the run around on the price. He will give you the options of what's available and help you make the right decision. He will not just go with the most expensive. He has extensive knowledge on so many househoold things. The fact that he is a plumber and an electrician is such a huge benefit and very convenient. He is ALWAYS very punctual. Everything I rated him above should be an A+. He really is that good. He has very low overhead and I'm sure that is part of the reason for his low prices. His expertise is a result of 30 years plus experience. One of the main things he did for me was install outside lights to enhance the appearance of my retaining wall I had just had redone. It is a beautiful wall and he had just the right ideas and knowledge of products on what I needed. It is absolutely gorgeous the way the lights shine up on the retaining wall. He also saved me from frozen pipes in Feb. of 2011 when we had major cold weather. My master bath faucets wouldn't work and he started telling me some things to do. There were no space heaters to be found in the metroplex so he told me to get that bathroom as warm as I could with anything. He suggested blow dryers. So for 2 days I had 3 blow dryers going in that bathroom and kept it as warm as possible...it was actually hot. It worked and I had no busted pipes.
