We paid for the expensive initial clean as an investment for ongoing bi-monthly cleans. Once the bi-monthly cleanings started, blue bucket changed the scope of service, eliminating certain rooms of the house. The wasted my time complaining about cleaning our house when they reviewed the house, gave us a price quote and then changed the scope of service. Beware of the bait and switch this company uses. I should never have paid $1,000+ for the initial clean, only to let them go 3 months later.

Leila and her team are top notch. I have used a couple of other companies in the past as well. Leila’s team are professional, respectful, and go the extra mile all the time.

Leila is a great person to work with. No nonsense and wants to give you just the services you want. Our deep clean required 3 people and Leila was present the whole time to make sure everything went just right. The cleaning was excellent and we're happy to continue using Blue Bucket for regular cleaning.

First, Leila was very responsive during the estimate and scheduling process. Calls were returned promptly and with professionalism. On the scheduled day, Leila and her crew arrived promptly, set to work and completed in the time estimated. We were constantly going "wow" at the stuff they were doing. Things we hadn't asked for, like the inside of the refrigerator, and the oven racks. Moved all appliances and heavy furniture and got out 20+ years of dirt and dust. For several days we were finding stuff and saying "they cleaned that," we couldn't believe it. Totally thorough and organized, like having the cleaning Marines in your house. Going forward, we would use no one else. I can't recommend Blue Bucket highly enough. They work for applause as much as for the money and take great pride in their work .

The cleaning was great! The team was extremely thorough and detailed. The house looked lovely and we didn't have to do anything.

Her team completed the deep cleaning and did an awesome job and getting to areas we had not been able to clean for awhile. The deep cleaning turned out amazing, even cleaning inside the refrigerator, microwave and oven! We are having Leila and her team continue with bi-weekly cleanings, we are very happy. Leila is very professional, responsive and addresses issues quickly. Hire them if looking for quality and professional cleaners, they are hard to find and Leila is awesome!

It's expensive for me and I have to be here when the team is cleaning since things change from time to time. We are just getting started so kinks have to be worked out and tweaked. I look forward to an A all the way down in a few cleanings from here on out. The owner is open to making time changes for me to fit my schedule

Leila and her team are great. They are pleasant, efficient and thoughtful.

Efficient, professional, friendly and great cleaning! They do extras my former cleaning person did not do, like make beds or change sheets if needed. As recommended, have them do the deep clean the first time, well worth the extra, and from their they do cleanings at the interval you want.

It is so hard to find good cleaning people that actually really care about getting things clean. Leila and her crew are a rare find. So thorough! They get down and do hardwood floors with their hands, for instance. The best crew we've ever had. Good with pets too. Note: I see some others here complain about timeliness, but she's always been very good with me, communicating over text and their online booking system.

Leila and her team are great. They clean the house quickly, yet always thoroughly. They take pride in the work they do and it shows. I highly recommend them. I've had my house cleaned for many years and Leila and her team are, by far, the best I've had.

WOW! Guess I never understood the meaning of the term ' DEEP CLEANING" until I met two lovely ladies from Blue Bucket. They came on time, saw what needed to be done and boy did they get it done. On top of cabinets, on the floor on hands and kees scrubbing searching out dirt. They conducted themselves as friendly professionals, and Jim and I enjoyed having them in our home. Leila and her crew are true professionals! They do a thorough job cleaning my home and are always friendly and courteous. I love coming home to a clean house and my bed linens changed. I have items that require special cleaning, and I trust them to take great care with them. Leila and Blue Bucket Cleaning are highly recommended!

Leila and her team are consulate professionals. I really appreciate them because of a couple of reasons 1) they are REALLY good at what they do. I have been through 4 house cleaners in the last few years, and Blue bucket did a wonderful job cleaning the first time they were here, and they do the SAME CLEAN every time they come! The team doesn't skimp on areas, and I come home from time to time to find that they have done something extra that they noticed needed to be done (cleaned out my oven if it needs it, run my sheets to the laundry room). But 2) they are kind/ friendly/ and on time. Great service, and I am so glad to have found them!

Initially, they were supposed to arrive around 5:30 pm, we waited until 7 pm and they never showed. I called the next day, concerned. She stated that she had forgotten our appointment. There were issues with timeliness. The first time she came out to give me the estimate, she ran her hand over my counter top and stated it needed to be cleaned because it was dirty. I advised it couldn?t be that dirty, it had just been installed a few weeks ago. She pointed out a cob web that was behind a plant and it remained there after they were finished cleaning. My wooden shutters had fell to the ground while she was cleaning them?. This happened twice. She never took responsibility for the blinds and advised we needed to hire a handyman to fix them. She had pulled the shutters from the middle, which resulted in them falling off the track. She was very quick to point out things that were dusty, or needed attention? we would not have hired a cleaning service if our house was spotless. With that being said, I take care of my house and feel it was very tacky of her to point out things, if it needed attention, she just should have cleaned it. She had laid a wet rag on my dresser and it left a white spot. I also had given her a key, but when the cleaning ladies came the first time, they left the key in the entryway and left my house unlocked. The second time I had the cleaning done, it was her that came to clean and she stated she understood why I was not satisfied with the first cleaning and that it was probably because she herself had not been the one cleaning my house. I told her that you couldn?t even tell they had been here. At one point I asked her to remake the guest bed, and when I looked I noticed they had thrown the blankets in the corner of the room. She stated that the other maid was from Africa and didn?t know we needed blankets in Colorado. I was advised of a senior discount that I never received. Also, my kitchen and both bathrooms have been recently remodeled and are not that hard to clean. Ultimately, I have come to feel that this service is just too exhausting, tiring, time consuming and too expensive to deal with any further.

Leila Kouadio set an appointment with us for today, July 28, 2016, at 1:00pm to give us a price for every other week house cleaning. We got an e-mail verifying the appointment and time. We waited for 40 minutes past the time she was to be here and she was a no-show nor did we get a phone call to re-schedule or explain where she was. I was, obviously, not impressed and will not use her or recommend her to anyone. Betsy Watson

I have been using Leila's Blue Bucket cleaning service for about 9 months now. She has a great team and I am very happy with these sweet hardworking ladies! Leila is very responsive and takes care of any special requests I have. If there is a problem, she makes sure it is corrected and she is always open to suggestions. The cleaning quality has been detailed and thorough. The first time she came to my home for the initial deep cleaning, she found $180 dollars that I had long ago stashed in a book shelf (and forgotten) - and she returned it to me! This shows you the integrity she works by. I would highly recommend Blue Bucket!!

Two ladies were at my home all day and cleaned every square inch with the utmost care. They stopped only for a 15 minute lunch break and began again. They even cleaned the windows and the floors were cleaned by hand. I couldn't be more pleased about the work from Blue Bucket Cleaning and will use them on a regular basis. I would recommend them to every one, no matter what your cleaning needs are.

This service was amazing! I was so embarrassed to show anyone my house but after Leila's superhero crew came in to destroy the evil forces of dirt I've scheduled my first social event in my CLEAN ABODE! Definitely recommended by us!

With both of us working and with four young kids, our house was very "lived in." Leila and her team came in and did a fantastic job of cleaning and organizing. This place feels like a whole new house; it would have taken us days (and a lot of stress) to clean to this level. We made an excellent decision by going with Blue Bucket.

I have used Leila's team twice now. First her team did a deep clean for me after we moved into a new home. Then her team came back a month later for a regular clean. Leila is very responsive and works hard to fit everyone into the schedule at a time convenient for the client. She and her team did a great job with both cleanings. Leila is always checking to make sure that nothing was missed and if there is anything her team needs to do better. I appreciate her attention to detail and her follow-up to ensure the customer is happy.
