BIG HORN LANDSCAPING MATERIALS

My husband placed an order with Big Horn for retaining wall blocks. Our original order consisted of more than what we needed of the blocks and much LESS than what we needed of the caps. I don't think I would blame Big Horn entirely for the discrepency, but the end result was that we had to place a second order for more caps. In the process of placing the second order, I was told that I would need to buy a full pallet of caps, instead of just the number that we needed. If the numbers had been closer, I would not have had a problem, but it was almost double the quantity needed. Big Horn also indicated that they were discontinuing this specific block/cap, because of supplier issues. This freaked me out and I indicated to the sales person that I found it unacceptable to be forced to buy more than I needed. The sales representative subsequently worked with other Big Horn locations to piece together an order of the number of caps that I needed (from all their "leftovers").

THEIR SERVICE WAS GOOD WHILE WE WERE THERE. THE PEOPLE WERE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY AND OUR ROCK WAS DELIVERED AT THE TIME WE WERE TOLD IT WOULD BE DELIVERED.
