My friend has used them several times and has been happy with them. I scheduled a walk through with Alva for Monday before the work was to be done on Tuesday. On Monday Alva didn't show up. I texted her to follow up and got the owner, Violeta saying that Alva was out sick but she could come over right away and do the walk through with me. She was very kind and professional and even though it was expensive ($473) I felt fine knowing how good the recommendation was. When I walked through after the work was done I was disappointed to see some of the work was not done. It was like they did it in steps and got distracted part way through. The ceiling fan blades were clean but the body of the actual light was dirty, the bathroom cabinets were wiped out but the drawers weren't. Some of the windows were really streaked like they had started to clean it then walked away. There was debris in the corners of the floor in the kitchen. Certain things looked good but if you looked further into the cleaning you saw where steps were skipped. I texted Violeta and let her know what I found and she responded offering to send someone back out to clean up these areas which I really appreciated. I texted her back asking if she could send someone out in the window of time I would be at the house and she never responded. For the money we paid, it felt that was a slap in the face. Overall, the bulk of the house looked fine but the areas that didn't really didn't and to offer to fix it then not follow through on that offer was disappointing.

Violet and crew did a great job cleaning my home to prepare it for sale. I did ask for the add on of window washing so the service took a little longer than expected but was well worth it. Our home was on the market for only a week.

This company does a great job. They are punctual, courteous, and very thorough. Elsa and Viva are very proficient and trustworthy.
