+ -1 moreThey were unprofessional and cryptic in responding to my first phone call. They seemed indifferent to whether or not I wanted to schedule the service when I spoke with them. We set an appointment for the next day, and they did not arrive within the 2 hour window. They then did not return my call within half an hour, after I called at the end of the 2 hour window. It was all very disappointing.
Description of Work: I called with a gas oven that will not pre-heat at all. What is more--you would think this would make me a more desirable customer for them--I also have a freezer/refrigerator that is leaking water into the refrigerator, and the ice maker has stopped working. They said they would arrive the next day between 9:00am and 11:00am. They also said they would call when on the way. I waited for them at the house, and they did not call and did not show up. I called at 11:02am to ask them where they were (I wouldn't have minded if they were just running a little late). However, I got voice mail, and I got no call back as of 11:27am. Furthermore, when I called the first time, they answered the phone in an unprofessional manner, merely "Hello", and I was forced to ask them if they were A Plus Appliance and if they repaired appliances. It was a strange call to begin with; I called them because I had used them successfully a few years ago, and their sticker was still on my refrigerator. However, I will not use them again after this experience.
