This is a family business and they are amazing. They are knowledgeable and provide great service. I would only trust them.

I had a six-panel entry door and a storm door installed by this company for a total cost of $3486.16. Everything was great! The cost included a 1-year warranty, or so I thought. The storm door closer began lifting the side jamb, it initially started with a tiny crack left on the side jamb during the installation. When I noticed the crack was beginning to grow and the jamb was lifting, we screwed the jamb down hoping this would keep from further lifting and it did but instead the closer completely ripped out. I reached out to them thinking it would just be a simple side jamb replacement and since it was caused by the storm door closer it would be covered under the warranty. I spoke to Angela, who was rude and refused to help. She claimed she was one of the installers and that the damage was caused by us screwing the jamb down and/or the wind… Extremely disappointed, I paid close to $3500.00, the initial crack where the storm door closer was placed is what caused the damage. As you can see in the picture. They do not honor their warranty or care for their customers. SAD

Despite being told that the house was the 2nd house on the right, Angelo drove past and went around the circle several times looking for our house. Several phone calls later he arrived. We had the window boarded up so you couldn't see the glass form either side. Angelo took measurements and gave me an estimate. He forgot his tape measure so I called his office to let them know. I told them I would leave it outside for him took pick up whenever. I then received 2 phone call over the next day or two as to when he could pick up his tape. Seemed to be a communication problem. Two guys came to remove old window and replace with new. I again informed them of our location and again drove past and around the subdivision. They removed the wood and I vacuumed the sill and wiped it down. I watched them razor out he old adhesive and pull the window out. They had some difficulty with the bottom and cut a gouge in the vinyl. when they were done I asked them what they could do about the gouge. They said they didn't do it. I saw them do it and and there were vinyl shavings where I had just wiped down the window sill. They called Angelo and he came over and looked at it. He then informed me that he made a note that there was a gouge there already. I said you couldn't have because you couldn't see that area because there was wood over it. So he asks me if I'm calling him a liar and said you couldn't see that area Angelo. So again in a combative voice he asks if I am calling him a liar. Understand that I am in my home alone with 3 male strangers. I was very uncomfortable and just wanted them to go. He then says even though they didn't do it he would fix it. When they called to come out and fix it I just said we had a difference of opinion and wouldn't be using there services again. I didn't write a review when it happened because I really dislike confrontation and I just wanted to forget about the whole thing, so the date of service might be a little off as I don't have the invoice in front of me. We'll the other day when the wind was blowing rather hard, the window began to sing. They apparently didn't get it sealed properly on one side and the cold wind blows in and makes a loud humming. I guess I will find someone else to fix it. Don't want him to come back.
