I have never met a more rude lot than this bunch. First installment they put in defective roof shingles which could not pass inspection so the whole lot had to be redone. The second time they seemed to act like it was our fault because they screwed it up the first time. They were the most uncooperative and mean company I have ever dealt with in my life. At one stage, we phoned them about the work and they were extremely rude and uncooperative and the girl on the phone snapped at me. I was stunned at her attitude to a customer. They also tried to charge us extra. Luckily, our insurance company and the contracting company they used to source Alliance came to our rescue and said we should not have been charged for this service, but this was after many frustrating phone calls to Alliance trying to contact their manager to get this sorted out. They were antagonistic whenever we did speak to them and the contracting company has told us that they do not deal with this company any more. I would never use this company again and would strongly advise anyone thinking of using them to avoid them like the plague!
