Aladdin Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I recently hired Derek and his team of installers to replace all of the carpeting in our house. I've been dreading this process for years simply because I'd have to move all of our furniture out of all of the rooms and knew it would make a mess in the process. Knowing this was an investment, I wanted to take my time to make sure I picked out the right color. Derek let me keep the swatches for a good week until I felt comfortable with my choice, and then told me to call him when I was ready to move forward. A few days before the install I asked him what I needed to do to get the house ready. He told me just to move the breakable items and remove the bedding, and that they would take care of the rest. I had my doubts and put the larger pieces of furniture on sliders. As promised, the installers did the rest. They even moved the furniture back to their original place. I was really impressed with their attention to detail and overall cleanliness. I don't think I've ever had a project go so smoothly. Derek, thank you for the wonderful customer service.

Aladdin did an outstanding job cleaning my carpet. I was surprised that they were even able to get the paint stains out. This company is not the cheapest but in my opinion, they are the best and I use them on all my rental properties.
