It is nice to write a review for a truly good experience during a difficult time. Affordable Water Damage (AWD) was essential to the successful closing of my townhome during a busy Spring home-selling season this year. Steve with AWD was not only able to begin assisting us quickly but was able to connect and coordinate with other contractors for separate projects that we also needed to finish during an unexpected mold and piping issue in my basement. His ability to spot issues, explain the situation in an understandable matter, move on decisions that we made to mitigate, remain in contact, and again coordinate with other contractors so the process kept moving along during a tight time frame was invaluable. Thanks to Steve and AWD not only is the basement done on time for the closing but at a reasonable price point. AWD actually lives up to their name, and then some with the level of professional work done. I highly recommend this company, specifically Steve. He really cared about resolving the issue fully and to our satisfaction. Thank you, AWD!

Wonderful. While nobody wants to have the experience of a water break, Steve with Affordable Water Damage made it as easy as possible to recover. He arrived very quickly after our initial phone call. He told us exactly what he was planning to do, and he did just that. This included removing our carpet pad, replacing it with new pad, and drying and cleaning our carpet. He also kept the costs down, which was a huge help. In looking at our home now, you would never know the water break ever occurred. He saved us a lot of money. More importantly, I watched his work, and we know he did the job right, which means no mold down the road.
