The repairman got to work and fixed our dryer.

Juan repaired our refrigerator by installing a new motherboard. He was professional and friendly and informed us of the problem and estimate for repair. Juan also fixed a minor water hose issue. I would recommend Action Appliance. Communication of schedule was unclear, however, the work was completed and we are very pleased with the results. We would hire Action Appliances again.

Money not based on the labor provided. A GE washer drain pump that costs $100 + Troubleshoot/Labor $405? There's something not right here. You've been warned.

They scheduled for fast arrival, then called to let me know the technician was on the way. He arrived, was polite and professional. and was able to quickly diagnose that the rollers were the problem. All was great up until this point. He then told he could replace an entire kit worth of parts for $288, which is a significant fraction if the cost of abre dryer. When I balked st that number, he said he could do the rollers for $198. Seemed a little high, but maybe this is the cost of same day service?

Jaime, their appliance was a delight to deal with. He knew what was wrong with our water and drier immediately. He came back the next day with the necessary parts, which installed quickly and professionally.
