The technician was professional, courteous, I love that he wore boot covers to respect the floors in our home. He seemed very knowledgeable. Thank goodness it was just an overload on our washer and nothing major was wrong . I will definitely use them again

Tony was awesome. Efficient and very nice and professional. I appreciated his feed back and decided to go with them for a project. And he quoted me a better price too.

Technician was able to diagnosis the problem and fix it in short order. He also "mapped" the circuit breakers for other major appliances at my request, and explained the problem that was the reason for my call. He was a pleasure to deal with, and very competent. I will call Action in the future.

WARNING***Do not use this company they are crooks and I cannot fathom why they are still in business. Long story but they steal from you and threaten to damage your credit. DO NOT use this company. I can only guess that the 5 star ratings are relatives or friends.

I had to call back to schedule repair service after part came in. They had contacted me once to say the part was in, but did not follow up to schedule installation.

Roman the tech was great. Very thorough and worked very hard to complete the tasks. Very professional, polite, and patient. He represented his company in the best possible ways. Great person to have to do the work we needed done.

This would be a 5 except that they charged with a HVAC cleanup, which HVAC, after being covered, did not need it, but still charged $69.

Showed up after their 4 hour arrival window on two separate occasions. Price ended up being 50% higher than the ballpark estimate that was quoted over the phone.

They came out the same day and completed the project that day although technicians had to have part sent out to him so he went to another job and came back about two hours later to finish. Tech was very friendly, competent and easy to work with. I would recommend him very highly and would have him come out for any other appliance repairs that I might have in the future
