We have been in business for over 27 years and are Nastec and NATE certified. We do over 20,000 service calls per year and about 50% of those are from repeat and referral business. A couple of reasons for that are: we GET OUT the SAME DAY and we have our own training facility where our techs are kept up to date on all the industry changes and not necessarily on your equipment. We are master plumbers, master electricians, and an HVAC company so if you have any needs in these areas let us know.
I CANNOT recommend this company. It took three appointments before someone actually showed up to diagnose the problem with my microwave. Then, instead of giving me a cost for parts and labor the tech said it was a **flat menu rate** of $268 to replace a fuse and possibly a door switch or two. I described my issue in detail on the phone before scheduling service and at no time was I told that the repair would be $268 regardless of the problem. The $75 they quoted me for a trip charge feels like a scam especially as the tech said he could probably fix the microwave in 30 minutes.

This company has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. There is a reason! Did not show for multiple appointments! When we canceled due to their not following through we were told a 25% cancellation fee would apply to a deposit for work. Beware this is not a good company to do business with.

I had a compressor go out on a LARGE Refrigerator. I paid a hefty price of $2,500.00 for a new compressor. Friday afternoon it quit cooling again. I am waiting over the weekend till Tuesday to get them back. If they manage to fix it, I will be mildly happy but not thrilled, at the time it took for the return check-up.

3 months dealing with this company for a drip on my dishwasher...12 visits. 5 cancellation of appointments, rude customer service.. still not done. The staff is really pushy for payment in advance. The worst experience I have ever had with a company. They put a LARGE scratch in my hardwood floors.

Called them on a Thursday evening and they came the next day to repair a dishwasher leak. The tech needed parts so appointment was set up for the following Monday with window 4 to 8 pm. They called at 7:30 saying they couldn't make it and reset appointment for Wednesday noon to 4. Showed up a little after 3, fixed the problem and left. The tech was courteous and efficient.

The compressor on our GE Fridge/freezer finally gave out after nineteen years of service. It took 4 appointments before them to actually come to fix my washer. Each time awaited at home and lost work time!! Only one time did they call me to let me know they were not coming. I even called them once they were late and was told they were still coming and I should wait. Will not use again. It took 3 weeks once they got the part to get my washer fixed.

The service we received from Kelly, our technician was top-notch. He was knowledgeable, timely and completed the job as promised. However, we had a bit of an issue with the office and scheduling his visit. We were bumped from a 4 hour window on Friday for which my husband took off work to a Saturday 3 hour window. Perhaps, there arenâ t enough service technicians available right now. To be clear, Kelly was excellent! It all worked out in the end. Thank you.

The technicians were friendly, courteous. They cleaned up the area after a walkthrough was done. The reason I would not recommend them is the fact that they had to reschedule my appointment several times, at least four. They kept telling me that the tech was running late and could not make it. Each reschedule, I was at the bottom of the list. I had to waste these days, as the appointments were between noon and four, and a couple of times they did not call till almost six to say they could not make it.

The project turned out to be more difficult than usual, both due to the pandemic (I suppose) and to the need to acquire a part for my dishwasher before repairs could be made. Notably, the person I interacted with by phone was courteous and helpful. **TJ**, the repair technician, was very polite, efficient, and competent. He was also very willing to answer questions about the work. I did have one big problem with service, which was scheduling. Action Appliance asks a four-hour window for their technicians arrival (longer than other companies I have used recently, where a 2-hour window seems normal), and more times than not, I had to wait until the very end of that time. It means I have spent half my workday waiting! This issue might have been pandemic-related, but I hope Action works hard to see if they cannot devise a scheduling process that works better for customers.

This place over charged, big time, 500 dollars for a dryer repair, they were rude and evasive, they really made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I would not recommend this company, ever again if I were in your organization. The transaction made me feel less positive toward your organization afterward.
