They ripped me off. They did not diagnose my problem directly and that costed me $450.

I had a very good experience with Action Appliance. The technician, TJ, was both professional and personable.

I had my gas stove repaired. Said part would be here in 2 days. It was! & installed! Juan from the aurora action appliance did an awesome job! Juan also repaired a hose from my dryer it caught a hole that was leaking gas!ð ð ð ð Robert from aurora also cleaned my dryer vent. These guys are great & will always be my go to !!!!

First appointment was between 2 and 6 PM. I got a call at 4 PM that the repairman was not going to make it that day because "he was running behind". Rescheduled for the next day between 9 AM and 1 PM. Did not show up, did not call. Called the office at 1:30 PM and got a "he's running behind" answer for why the window was missed. And oh by the way, they are not committed to making it within the scheduled window. No sympathy at all.

Was told my pump was broken for the washer because a sock was lodged in it. got charged $343 dollars for Something that took 30 min. The company wont write an invoice for how much I paid in labor or parts. manufactur charges $56 for the part Amazon had it for $12. Oh and it took me a few seconds to get the sock out the pump and it still works. This company is a straight rip off

They screwed up everything. Three weeks in and the dryer is still not working.

They came out right away when everybody else we called was at least a week out. Thstaff was courteous and professional.

Paid $500 for a compressor and after 48 hours the fridge is not cold. They need to come back on Monday to fix it right this time. - Brad.

Fantastic!!

Was told by Action Appliance that cooktop installation was about $250 but I needed information before the new cooktop arrived. I was told I could get an estimate for about $90 so arranged for the same. Installer arrived to do an installation, $250, so the uninstall of the old unit was all that could be done since the new unit was not yet delivered. Return to install the new unit would be another $250. I did the new install myself.

The first appointment was a **no-show** but I did receive a call to reschedule at the end of the business day. The price was fair and confirmed by another appliance repair center. I had a major overhaul of my machine and I would request a little better clean up of the appliance by the tech. Other than that, we are up and running.

Kelly did an excellent job and throughly explained the options.

Action appliances is great same day service got my dryer running the day they came out. TJ did the repair and was very knowledgeable.

They came out the same day and did everything they could to try and fix our refrigerator. Office staff was polite and friendly and tried to accommodate our schedule.

The repairman arrived promptly. He stated the problem and made my options clear. I don't know if I got their best repairman or if all of their employees represent the company as well. I strongly recommend Action to everyone.

In addition to being expensive, I had a bad experience with quality and service. After an initial window was scheduled, I had to call them 2.5 hours after the window to find out they needed to reschedule for the next day. This happened again the next day as well. Once the repair was completed, replacing a broken lock switch, the technician tried to leave without properly reattaching the front panel of the washer. When I pointed this out, they attempted to fix it and attempted again to say it was complete when it was not attached properly. I had to ask them a second time to put the unit completely back together before it was done.
