We had a good experience. It took a week for the part to come in, so we ended up waiting longer than I d hoped (without a functioning refrigerator). Dion was great and helpful.

Came out within 2 hours of calling. Everyone was efficient and professional. Technician did a thorough check of the heater and went over his findings with me. Had the part in the local warehouse and was able to get my heat back up and running.
