Lloyd was prompt, professional and quickly repaired the chip in a nearly-invisible manner. I didn't think that a chip of this size could be repaired to my satisfaction, but Lloyd of Ace Resurfacing Co. was able to do it. I would use his services again if the need arises.

Resurfaced bathtub looks ok from a distance. Closer up one can see the drips left in the finish and the messy finish around the drain, which I'm hoping doesn't need future repair. I've had other tubs refinished without these issues. Only used this provider because of Angie's List recommendations.

Loyd was a professional who got the job done. He kept everything clean and neat. When he left our main bathroom was cleaner then when he arrived. The tub looks beautiful...brand new. He never complained once or bothered me at all, even though the job took all day.

Lloyd resurfaced an old bath tub that had been done 8 years earlier by another company and was peeling. He stripped the tub and applied a new surface in about 8 hours. His work is beautiful and his equipment is state of the art. This can be a dusty, smelly project, but his equipment picked vented every paricle away from the job and to the outside. Lloyd is a super professional, extremely neat, clean, polite and courteous. And his price was extremely competitive.

The service was great. He was wonderful. He came out within a week after I called. Everything looked good when it was finished. He did a good job. I would use them again in the future and would even refer them.

He did a wonderful. He ventilated it so there wasn’t a really strong odor. He covered the area to maintain the dust. He even rolled out a canvas on to my carpet because it was a rainy day and it protected it. I really appreciated that. He was very likeable. He got here with all the supplies, did the work quickly, and was finished much faster than expected.

Lloyd does the scheduling and labor. seems to be a one man shop. Nice guy. Very polite and professional. He's been refinishing bathtubs for 30+ years. The finished product looks absolutely gorgeous. for $325, he was the lowest-price quote I got among the 3 other providers I checked with. He was also flexible with scheduling. A few of the others wouldn't come on a Saturday at all, or without charging extra. refinishing is an all-day affair. Expect 5-6 hours for the job to be completed. Lloyd is very thorough and cleans up well after the job is done.

Lloyd was punctual, courteous, professional and did an outstanding job. Both tubs look absolutely beautiful! He was meticulous and cleaned up after himself and even plugged back in everything he had to unplug do set up his equipment. Lloyd was performing these services during the days of the "great Denver flood" and he was good humored throughout! An excellent job and I would use him again and have already referred him to others!

Lloyd was very courteous and friendly when we initially spoke over the phone about the finishing that was coming up in my tub. He gave several repair and refinishing options and estimates that depended on what he found when he came by to look at the problem. He arrived on time and was knowledgeable about the refinish that had been applied to the tub. When he pulled it up, he was able to repair the underlying porcelain tub rather than refinishing it. He is very honest and does excellent work.

When Lloyd started to work on the tub he discovered a serious plumbing problem. He repaired the problem and charged us a very fair price for the extra work. Because the repair took so long, he had to come back the following week to complete the project. The bathtub looks fabulous! We were impressed by Lloyd's careful work and would certainly use him again .

He even told me what materials to purchase for him, in advance, and he came in right 'on the money'. I needed a tile man and didn't know of one for my rental unit which was located some miles away from where I live. A friend suggested I find one on 'Angies List' and so I did. The price to join was well worth it to me. The man I contacted answered his phone right away and booked me for the time I wanted. He did all the work using my rental unit lockbox and I never met him until the day he finished and I came up to pay him. He did a great job! He went above and beyond our expectations and was very friendly and hard working. We hired him to glaze our tiles in our bathroom, which is a 75 year old home. Some tiles were light yellow and some were darker yellow, and some were black and white. He found several tiles that were chipped and he repaired them nicely. He made all of the tiles an off-white, but left the black tiles white. It looks wonderful!! Really looks almost like a new bathroom. He also resurfaced the shower tub so that it looks better and new. He also voluntarily replaced the stopper and drain cover for the bath. He did this at no extra cost except for the materials, which were just a few dollars. We strongly recommend the work and would hire him again!

responded to a call for an estimate, came promptly and provided the estimate, which was competitive with others. Noted that not all the fixtures were brushed nickel and offered to install during the refinishing process, including the purchase of these elements -- which proved to be important as the threads on the drain needed to be consistent with the installed pipe. responded to a request to include the grab bar, in a helpful and economic manner. Completed all work in a day, and there has been no deterioration in the finish.

I called Loyd about a month before I needed the work done. I had 3 estimates, his was was the middle one. I was impressed with his attention to detail and advise for what was required in the way of preparation before he started the the work. He was supposed to come on Saturday but was delayed on another job. He called to see if I could wait until Monday and explained the reason for the delay. I was flexible on the time line and appreciated his timely call. He arrived on Monday morning at exactly when he said he would and was finished in about 6 hours. The job was done beyond my expectations the whole room looks better for the brilliant white tub. I would absolutely recommend Loyd to anybody who needs this type of renovation.

Loyd was great - we chose our tiles and he picked up the correct quantity and also picked up all of the other materials. He was punctual and meticulous. Bathroom looks great!

The experience was excellent, the guy was excellent. He did a real nice job, he even fixed a couple of problems with the drain that he didn't charge us extra for. He gets a real good rating from us.

I was please as to his work and was very helpful in talking about options. He came out for the initial visit on time and then he started the work as scheduled. He took extra care to do the job right and cleaned up after the work was done. He was careful to seal off the bathroom to limit the dust which was also nice. I would use him again and would also recommend him to my friends and family.

He did a very good job and we were very happy with the results. He needed to do a big patch job as the tub was rusted and needed repair. I would use him again in the future.

I called and got the owner directly. He said that he was willing to come out on a Saturday to do the work. He quoted his rates to me during this initial call. When he knew he was going to be a little bit late on Saturday, he called to let me know this (and it was only by 15 minutes or so). He did a great job on the removal, and on the patching. The place was very clean when he left. As an added bonus, he also helped me by removing the cover to my ceiling fan so that I could clean the cover, and asked if he could replace it before he left (I removed it so there was good ventilation). He also vaccumed the ceiling fan for me. If I decide to resurface my tub in the future, I will definitely have him do it.
