carpet installation
 + -1 moreWe did have trouble with the timing of the carpet we ordered which was not from Ace Flooring. Our house was upside down because we chose to remove all the old carpet and all the furniture ourselves. I had talked to Brian who is the owner of Ace Flooring and explained the situation to him. He also came to our house in advance and measured for us the amount of carpet we would need and also told us that he would supply the pad for us at his discounted rate. The date that the carpet was to come did not happen. We were just waiting living with our furniture out of the house and things stacked in the kitchen and bathroom. When we heard word that the carpet was in Brian changed his schedule went to pick up the carpet and started installing at 5:00 in the evening & finished the rest the next day. He did come in ahead of time to install the pad. I can't tell you how incredible it was for him to work in the evening, change his schedule & get the carpet installed for us on a last minutes notice.
Description of Work: I had ordered carpet from a friend who worked for a carpet company but did not include the pad or the installation so I had to look for someone who was in the business of installing carpet. I found this person from someone else who has used him to install carpet. He not only installs carpet but he can get you the product at 25% above the cost from the carpet stores.
