Accurate Heating And Cooling

I called Justin for what I thought would be a straightforward, inexpensive repair to our radiator. He was great on the phone and gave me what I thought was a reasonable price, so I scheduled a time for him to come. The repair actually turned into a much bigger project, but we stuck with Justin since he was going to credit the previous repair cost to the new one. Well, he never showed up. We scheduled for him to come on a Friday morning, and not only did he not show up, he didn't call. When I called him, it went right to voicemail. I have never heard from him again. Apparently, he isn't reliable. On top of that, I now have to start from scratch with another repairman/company. I will not be able to apply the initial repair expense to the new cost. And, I still have a leaking pipe in my house.

A previous company had advised us to buy a new furnace, but we wanted a second opinion so we called Accurate Heating and Cooling. They told us that the only problems with the furnace were a faulty thermostat and the thermostat wire which had been cut and pulled out partially. They also concluded that the wire had been sabotaged. Their diagnosis saved us from spending thousands of dollars on a new furnace.
