+ -1 moreI didn't have the opportunity to actually utilize thier services because they never showed up. I was told they would be here between 2 and 5 pm. At 4:00 I called to get an update and was told they were running late and would arrive at my house around 6pm and I would receive a call when the technician was 20 minutes out. I never heard from them. I called the office three times and no one answered. I had to take off of work for this appointment which upsets me even more. I am baffled by thier total disregard of the appointment I had scheduled.

+ -1 moreTHIS WAS SUCH A SCAM. HE DID THE WORK, THEN THE PRICE CAME OUT MORE, WHAT A JOKE. A WEEK LATER, WE HAD TO REPLACE IT AGAIN. THIS TIME WE JUST WENT, GOT THE PART AND DID IT OURSELVES.
Description of Work: THEY PUT IN A NEW THERMOSTAT IN THE CLOTHES DRYER AND ALSO REPLACED THE VENT HOSE.
