I have been in business since 2001 and have done everything from new construction to re-models and commercial flooring. I like to do Re-models the best because you always run into something new but work is work and I don't like to sit. I do have employees that work for me and sub-contractors that I need to use from time to time. If I call them in to do a job I warranty their work as if it is my own. I do not charge to come give you a estimate unless you live more that 50 miles from me but if I get your job I will credit you back that charge.

I had closed my company to try a new venture since then I have reopened my company and am happy to say that I am back. Unfortunately this guy was able to give me a F and I never did work for him. So please don't take this guys review in consideration because it is not valid. Thanks

I called Mitch and within two hours he had returned my phone call and was at my house to give me an estimate. He gave me a quote on the spot and we ordered the tile a few days later. Once the tile came in, Mitch was very flexible with scheduling and worked around all of the other renovations going on within my house. He was always very responsive whenever I contacted him and his tile knowledge really blew me away. He is meticulous when it comes to his work and it really shows. He worked very quickly and made sure I was able to continue life as normal (going to work and not stressing about my tile job). The job took 3 days for 120 square feet including having to deal with all of the quirks of my old home. He was ahead of schedule every step of the way, even when my old house provided challenges. I can't believe how great it looks. My home is very old and no walls or floors are straight or level. The tile is literally perfect. Every line is straight and every tile is flush. He even backbuttered the tile and placed them on third joints at my request--all at no extra charge. He's trustworthy and very skilled and it shows in his work. I'm so happy I went with him!
Description of Work: Mitch ripped out the old tile, prepared a new sub floor, (hardie board) and installed/grouted new tile.

I had some bad experiences with tile installations in the past, so I took extra care in selecting an installer this time. Mitch impressed me with his professionalism. I chose him because he doesn't cut corners. He thinsets the hardibacker to the plywood subfloor and uses plenty of the proper screws to fasten it. He takes the time to back butter all the tiles (it's hard to find someone who does) and is a perfectionist when it comes to setting them. I was reluctant at first to go with the epoxy grout because I read it was hard to work with, but Mitch is an expert. All the advice he gave me was right on. The finished product is outstanding. The tiles and grout lines are perfectly even, straight, and level. Mitch warranties his work for 2 years, but I don't think I will have any problems. My husband and I are very happy. Mitch is a true professional. He shows up when he says he will and works tirelessly until the job is done. He's a no-nonsense kind of guy who takes great pride in his work. I give him my highest recommendation.
Description of Work: Mitch installed a porcelain tile floor (270 sq ft) in my kitchen and entry hall. This price includes all materials except tile. I upgraded $550 for epoxy grout (laticrete pro).
