A Plus Of Denver

Have been using this vendor since 2009. Last service was not quite at the level of professionalism we had received in the past (Alan) compared to Nick or Richard and included more of a push to up-sell. We decided that we'd try them at least for a bid one more time even after the tardiness and extremely talkative individual from the last visit, as he was very nice. Called 9:16 AM during business hours yesterday. In the past Athena would respond the same-day. This time around, even after identifying myself as a repeat customer in the voice mail - no call. All the other companies I contacted that afternoon have now been back in contact with me - except A Plus of Denver. Disappointing.

One of the things that I really liked about them was that they couldn’t sell me a thing to do all of the vents for a certain price, but they gave me a lower deal because I had twenty vents, and they did in $10 each, so the furnace cleaning cost $75 and the vents were $200, and I think it was very fair, but I don’t know if it's competitive. Also, one of their things I really liked is that they really cleaned up after themselves. The other thing that I really liked about them was that they explained what they were doing and why.
