Really nice guy, to start with. Didn't find what he expected to find, gave us options for a short-term fix, and a long-term solution. We decided to stop-gap it at the moment, got the part we needed, which was not a common part for him to carry, and he came back later that day and did the repair. He only charged us for one service call. When we decide to go ahead with a more permanent solution to our problem, Art will be the first one we call. Thank you Art.

Art called us immediately and scheduled an appt the same day. He worked on our issue (clogged drain) for over an hour and only charged us for one hour, plus a small part (less than $2). He was very professional, friendly, and exceedingly fair in his billing. We would highly recommend him, we will defintely use him for our next plumbing issue (he also does heating, so will be using him for that if ever needed).

Covenant was the third professional we hired to complete the plumbing on our addition. It was very challenging due to our build and meeting current codes for a home that is over 100 years old. Art was able to figure out solutions to meet the codes and even had to adjust as the project progressed and did it all at a reasonable price. I was very pleased with both his professionalism and his work. We will definately hire him again for future projects.

I contacted Service Magic on New Year's Day about a non-emergency remodeling plumbing need. Art responded with 30 minutes by phone and was onsite the next morning early. He and his employee were pleasant - worked quickly - and I'm quite sure that Art undercharged me for the work done - but he kept to his estimate and has earned a repeat customer with his customer service and quality plumbing needs. He also suggested some additional - and needed - work - and completed that in a timely manner as well. Will definitely hire Covenant Plumbing in the future - and have already recommended them to family.

I had a clog in my drain that was too far down the pipe to be removed with my 20' snake and a leak in the same drain pipe that was hidden in the wall behind the sink. I made an appointment with Art that evening, and he was able to come the next day to clear my drain and replace the section of leaky pipe. It only took him a couple of hours and he completed the work for what I felt was a fair price. It was also less than the estimated price he quoted when I made the appointment. I was very satisfied with the service I received and would recommend Covenant to anyone with similar plumbing problems.
