Everyone here is awesome! I had a project that Kristy was able to help me research and find prices that were comparable to what I had to work with. Both Kristy and Jen were able to help coordinate my order and the delivery to help expedite parts of my order to match the schedule I was working with. Discussing the potential work with an OFFICE MANAGER (Larissa) rather than a technician seemed odd. Larissa requested that I send photos of the windows as she was "having a hard time visualizing" what needed to be done. Sent email to company through their website. Never got a response. Subsequently forwarded email to Larissa's personal email. Called to confirm receipt and - surprise - Larissa decided that a visit from a technician was necessary. Appt. made with a one-hour window. Technician never showed. Phoned office to find out where technician was. After holding, then being switched unceremoniously to the technician (Kenny), discovered that Kenny went to the house EARLY and "saw what he needed to see from outside; charge to fix would be $300." When I asked why an appointment was even made when the customer didn't have to be present and why the appointment time wasn't honored, the technician said he could care less whether he did the work or not and hung up the phone.
