Description of Work: Steve Moore, owner of S.R. Window, replaced 13 broken Thermo-Pane seals with new double pane glass in 2 visits. 10 were completed in approximately 4 hours and 3 in about an hour. He did not need to enter my house to perform the replacements. Appointments were kept on time and all cleanup performed before he left the premises. Mr. Moore explained & showed me the process. His communication with me was outstanding as he informed me the expected time of his arrival and the amount of time to completion. I cannot name anything that was not truly professional and I would recommend S.R. Window to anyone needing window glass/screen services.
