Joe Hendricks of Sprinkler Solutions and his partner George are fantastic to work with. I've been having them winterize my sprinklers for years, and recently called them up to do a repair. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it in no time. Joe and George are always friendly and communicative, and they're responsive by phone and show up when they say they will. During the installation they tore up landscaping (rocks and pavers) and put them back in half a**. According to their website a blueprint would be provided, I never received mine and have asked more than once. He did not bring the correct type of solenoid for the system he was installing. I drove down to a warehouse in Lakewood to pick them up while his crew worked. I also had to purchased the correct timer as he didn't have the one we discussed. Neither items were taken out of the total cost. After the crew left I ended up picking up their trash around the yard. I also noticed they installed the wrong heads in the back. I called and they did come out and changed them. But wouldn't address the landscaping issues. The system he installed is suppose to be self-draining but does not work correctly as is only drain the main pipe. Does not drain lines to the heads from the valves so I have to get blow outs down now. Joe will say yes we can do that and he's done it before on the phone or email. After the job starts he has every excuse in the book. I had to finish completing the system as he couldn't get the solenoids to work. I took them apart and found he installed rubber o rings in the wrong area. I also redug my valve box and bedded it with rock from drainage. Do yourself a favor and move on, the webstie and phone coversations sold me but the work was poor and overpriced at the end of the day.

I think they are reasonable in price and they charge $50 an hour plus parts. He comes when I call him.
