They do fireplaces, hot tubs, falls and steamers. It's a family owned business. They do business for a very long time. They're very knowledgeable. They did business for us. I suggest that if one needs a vendor like that, they would be worth considering. I talked to them for some time about my hot tub problems and solutions. They're back into the business. They have a very reasonable price for a very high quality spa. They were easy to deal with and they were competitive all across the line. They had a good warranty.

I used Spa Brokers

I had a good experience with them on the service side, but I never bought any products from them. I talked to the guy, and he told me that they could come out and lift our hot tub out of the deck and fix the leak, but given how old it is, we probably would have more leaks. They said that it would cost several hundred dollars for the job.

They are good; give good discounts on stuff and are very good on service. They have come out once for service and were Johnny on the Spot. If they were not good I would not use them so I give them all A's. The price and quality of the tub was good and I will use them again in the future.

Tech showed up within one week of contact, and came back when scheduled. Work performed was fine. Waiting to see if the jets I ordered will be forthcoming, but no complaints at all about service to date.

Delighted with Spa Brokers. The fireplaces look beautiful and we have been able to remove the unattractive electric baseboards from our walls, which we had kept for a few years as a back up. We don't need them.

I checked yellow pages and visited several hardware stores before I found Spa Brokers. They were very helpful and knew exactly what I needed. It didn't take very long for them to find the correct chimney cap to install on my chimney. It worked the first time.

THEY WERE ABLE TO SEAL THE LEAK IN THE HOT TUB AND FIX THE PROBLEM WITH THE TEMPERATURE. HE ALSO REPLACED THE JET THAT WAS BROKEN. VERY GOOD SERVICE, VERY PROMPT.

THIS COMPANY HAS REPAIRED THIS AND SEVERAL OTHER ITEMS ON OUR SPA. IT IS EASY TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM. THEY HAVE BEEN KIND TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THAT WE HAVE.

WE LOVE OUR FIREPLACE INSERT. WE USE IT ALMOST EXCLUSIVELY TO HEAT OUR TWO STORY HOME IN THE WINTER. THE PEOPLE WHO SOLD US THE UNIT AND ALSO THE INSTALLERS WERE EXPERTS IN THE KNOWLEDGE OF THEIR PRODUCT.
