Simply Floors

I filled out the online form stating that I was looking for quotes for replacement of flooring for insurance and also a quote for an additional room so everything would be missing. I took time off of work to meet Heather she measured said I will get back to you by Thursday. It's Friday now and I had to text her to ask about the email. She had my email wrong which is fine. But in the email it states we can't give you a quote for insurance. There was no phone call that said hey sorry unless you are going to only use us we don't do quotes. I was up front.

Unsatisfactory. We were very happy Jennifer Cone, who was very efficient, helpful, and also professional. We were very unhappy with the installation.

Representative arrived on time. She was professional, but didn't have many samples and also didn't seem that interested in earning our business. She gave some verbal estimates and said she would follow up with a written estimate, but never did. I'm sure I could've reminded her for that, but if a business is so unresponsive when they haven't yet earned your business, it doesn't give much confidence for what you will get when you select them for the job.
