Ok, I hired SRI based on the other recommendations on Service Magic, and boy were they ever spot-on. Joe, et.al., tore down my crummy old deck, and installed a handsome, over-engineered, new one that will outlast me and my great-grandchildren. They did all of this very quickly. Best of all, Joe and his crew are true gentlemen - the kind of guys that you'd like to stay friends with. Their suggestions and gentle guidence when I'd suggest something stupid were greatly appreciated. Their materials source (Justin) also talked us out of more expensive options when he had ample opportunities to "upsell". No regrets, just smiles.

Joe did a great job with our deck. There was a delay in the project, but that was due to the error by the company that was supplying the construction materials. We've gotten tons of compliments on the quality of this project. Joe wasn't the cheapest, but I really got the feeling from him in the interview process that he was interested in quality construction and a happy client. He exceeded our expectations for the project.

SRI did an outstanding job on our Deck! We did a complete tear-down of a wood-rotting multi-level deck and completely redesigned it with Fiberon (I highly recommend this product) composite decking. They completed the job in a week and Joe helped with design ideas and used his expertise to advise me on what would or would not look good cosmetically. His staff was very friendly, respectful and glad to answer any questions I had during the project. Joe Thede provided a prompt proposal for the deck I wanted. Once I chose Services Rendered, Inc., Joe and his crew arrived exactly when arranged and made short work of tearing out and hauling away the old, rotted out deck and stairs. The construction of the new deck and stairs took less than two days. Joe displayed a high level of knowledge, competence and professionalism during the construction and assembly. Joe Thede of SRI was the first to respond to our request, though we did speak with 5 other contractors. He was knowledgeable & easy to work with through the planning stage and execution. He met all his deadlines & was very flexible through all our design changes. His craftsmanship is top quality & the finished product is much nicer than we had imagined. All our neighbors admire our new porch & remark on the quality of his craftsmanship. We love our new porch & are very satisfied. We hope to use Joe Thede of SRI for other projects in the future., we will call SRI first & certainly would recommend him to our closest friends.

SRI exceeded expectations for performance and our new deck was completed for a cost under the estimate. You generally do not see that with contractors. Joe is on site doing the work with his crew. They were polite, on time, kept our house and yard clean during and after the construction, they were available as well as amenable for design changes mid-project and SRI offered unique decking choices from great redwood to a fantastic composite material. We choose the Trade Winds composite and it is stunning. Trex does not compare. SRI was the only contractor to show us the Trade Winds composite deck option. Our deck new deck is great and we could not be happier with SRI. I whole heartedly recommend SRI and Joe Thede.

SRI replaced our existing deck with a brand new composite deck. Joe was wonderful to work with and really showed a great deal of professionalism. He was extremely detail oriented and went out of his way to help us with some things we wouldn't even have expected him to do. They worked very quickly and showed a great deal of respect. Most importantly the finished product is wonderful! We love our new deck and we've already started recommending SRI to others.

Joe is very personable! He offered suggestions when a challenge arised. He worked with me and if I didn't like something, he would correct it without hesitation. He is professional and completed the job as stated. Joe also cleaned up after the job very well! I will recommend Joe to my friends!
