They do an excellent job, I've been using them for probably 2 years.

It is now April 28th and we had never gotten a note by our door or received a phone call from the company. I called them this morning and the only "apology" given was that they are very busy. When I said that when they knew no one was coming out to look at my property, it would have been nice to have received a phone call letting me know, the receptionist just repeated her line of how busy they are. Horrible customer service. You come to your appointments or you call as soon as you know that it can't happen. To fix the problem at hand, I was told that someone would be out "maybe next week" because the service people keep their own schedules.

We've been their customers for 15 years now. I would recommend them.

We used RMTC about 4 years ago to prune our trees and they did a great job, since I didn't have time to get multiple quotes I called them back. They had a free estimate to us within 2 days, which was reasonable. They completed the work within 10 days. They did a great job again.

They did a great job! Office staff were friendly and answered all my questions. No problem working around the sprinkler system and the flower box.

They arrived when they said they would. When they found they couldn't finish in one day, they asked if they could leave our yard in a bit of a mess. They cleaned up all but some of the major pieces of the trees, came back the next day and completed the work. Their final cleanup was thorough.

The owner of the company is very good at communicating about when he can come out. His communication in general is very good. He always does exactly what I ask him to do. I had some tree limbs and things from a job I had done. So he ground up all that stuff and got it out of my way. He also cleared my yard really well and that?s something I liked about him. They seem to really know their trees and how to take care of them. They aren?t cheap. I have used them several times already.

They provided a free estimate promptly, and their office was reachable via e-mail, which I find very convenient. Before selecting RMTC, I solicited a number of bids and the price estimates ranged from $570 to $800. I selected RMTC because they seemed professional, had previously good reviews on Angie's List, had been in business for a number of years, have an office close to me, and had a reasonable price. As the work is subject to weather, they could not give me an exact date of planned service at the time I accepted their bid, but they estimated the day and called to confirm the day before. I was home on the day of service, so I was able to observe their work. The two employees who did the work were very professional and efficient. In addition to trimming overgrowth, they removed the improper branch stubs left by a previous trimming job (done by someone else). They cleaned up all the debris, and even went back up in one tree after they thought they were done when they noticed a trimmed branch that had not fallen all the way to the ground.

We use these guys every year and they always get the work done and the trees look great. They are a little pricey, but very easy to deal with.
