Description of Work: The appointment was for furnace maintenance. They recommended replacing the furnace. The new furnace works much better than the old one. I did not receive an invoice upon completion of job. I was told that it would be emailed to me but never received it.

Description of Work: They provided a furnace tune-up and cleaning. I have my furnace checked yearly in the fall. They did a great check and answered my questions. I felt they were very competent and knowledgeable about furnaces and gave me peace of mind that my furnace would keep going over the winter. I will definitely have them back in the spring for AC check and cleaning.

Cleaned and serviced furnace
Description of Work: Rocky Mountain heat did a great job. I purchased a $69.00 furnace cleaning and seasonal service deal through Angie's List. I did not realize that I hadn't updated my phone number on Angie's List, which they tried to call and I hadn't realized. Still, the techs showed up on the day I requested and were extremely professional and efficient. They cleaned a 10 year old furnace that had a lot of drywall dust from the previous owners renovations. Best of all he confirmed the furnace was still working great. I will absolutely use Rocky Mountain Heat in the future.

Description of Work: vendor rescheduled the first appointment, then supposedly lost my address house # and did not show up for the rescheduled appointment . Vendor attempted to reschedule again to which i did not respond. I took time off of work to meet the vendor

Description of Work: Tune up furnace; got rid of annoying whistling sound; replaced filter; replace filter in Humidifier and showed me how to do it myself if necessary and how to properly adjust settings and damper; inspected the furnace and water heater space and connections; tested for carbon monoxide.
