+ -1 moreHe came to our home and gave us a estimate that was not the cheapest we had received however because he was on Angie's List we decided to go with him. He stated he would order our materials and in a few weeks get back with us. after several weeks of not hearing anything I called him not getting any response. I did get a hold of him and he stated he was working on a large project at a ski resort and had been busy. He stated he would find out the status of our materials and call me back, however he never did. I then called a final time and left a voice mail stating I would still like the work completed if he could call so we could schedule a time. he never called me back. I feel like my time was wasted.
Description of Work: He suppose to complete a master bath shower surround with marble and a granite base.

+ -1 moreI would certainly use and recommend Pro Marble again. Pat was prompt, professional, and a pleasure to do business with.
Description of Work: Pat from Pro Marble installed a new bathtub and solid marble composit on all three sides and the ceiling of our tub/shower. After picking the color and scheduling the installation date Pat came out to do the demo of the existing tile and tub and put in the new tub and the ceiling piece of marble. He needed to let the ceiling piece set before installing the sides the next day. It wasn't until Pat left that my husband and I went to see how it looked so far. Unfortunately, the color was not what we were expecting. We called Pat and told him of our concern about the color. Pat was very gracious and accommodating. He came out the next moring with the samples and we picked another color. The following week he came back out and did the install and we couldn't be happier.

+ -1 moreThey were very helpful with the type and color of marble enclosure we wanted. They went over the price with us carefully and helped us select an enclosure that was within our budget. They tore the old tile out and discarded it.
Description of Work: The tile in the upstairs bathroom was replaced with a surround marble tub enclosure.
