Description of Work: Jason was scheduled to come out to give us a bid on a flagstone patio extension. We made an appt. over the phone, but he never showed and never returned my phone call when I called to verify that he was or was not going to make the appt. I wasted 2 hours (on my husbands birthday) thinking maybe he would show. Not the kind of service I want in a service professional.

+ 0 moreNew Creation provided a design and estimate along with the starting date. The crew showed up on the start date and was very punctual each day. Except for some weather problems that caused some down time, they completed the projects per their estimate. They cleaned up after the project was completed. We have had rave reviews by our neighbors and visitors about the job that New Creation did for us. We would use them again and highly recommend New Creation to anyone looking for an excellent, first rate hardscape company.
Description of Work: A stone patio, stone steps, and walkway along the side of our house were put in by New Creation.

+ 0 moreAfter moving into our new house, we wanted a stone/paver patio installed for our walkout basement. Jason Lee (owner of New Creation Hardscapes) provided the design and offered a selection of paver color combinations. He was prompt and responsive; he and his workers showed up at 8:00 am sharp everyday until the work was completed. But the greatest praise I have is for Jason's meticulous attention to detail. He and his workers were as careful and conscientious as if the patio was for their own house. The end result was a beautiful patio that the neighbors have raved about. I recommend Jason for any patio, retaining wall, or steps without reservation.
Description of Work: Jason Lee of New Creation Hardscapes constructed a stone paver patio for our new house. He had to remove a small concrete stoop before constructing the larger patio.
