Description of Work: He told me that legally I had to change to the skinny flourescent tubes, He did something to the center controls and said the lites would last much longer and I could not buy the larger tubes any longer. He lied. they still sell them everywhere. However, The lite has stopped working after not even a year. It flickers and won't lit all the way then goes out. I went out and purchased new tubes (skinny more expensive ones) it still won't lite. Just watch what he is doing and I hope you know a little about electricity I don't and I paid for it. JUST CANT AFFORD TO CALL HIM BACK I can't call him back because I'm sure I can't afford to have him do any more damage. The only reason I am writing is to tell people to watch what he is doing when he works on you electricity. He didn't ever replace the balasts on this lite.

Description of Work: Frank missed two different appointments. Said he would call me in the morning to set up a time to come over and fix my light switch. He never called until days later. This happened twice so I gave up on him.

Description of Work: Frank got the job done. At $170 for a one hour service, subtracting $51 of Angie's List Deal ($49 pre-paid through Angie's List for $100 of Electrical Service), it ended up costing $119 for one hour.

Description of Work: The amount spent included the coupon purchased. Frank was unable to fully figure out the issue. He was working on the furnace wires while it was on. The wires sparked and burned a hole in the gas line for the furnace so he had to shut off the gas, then went to Home Depot and replace the line. He became angry, yelled and used foul language (I have 2 young girls who were home and witnessed his outburst). He was very unprofessional and I honestly think he was stalling so that he could charge us more as he charges by the hour. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone. His foul language and unprofessionalism was something I had not witnessed before. I was very disappointed.

Description of Work: I purchased this service and he never showed up or contacted me. When I emailed and tried to phone him it was a dead end. I contacted you and was told you would try to get in touch with him, and ask him top contact me, and I still heard nothing. I emailed you a week ago and asked to refund my money and now I haven't heard back from youyet. I am disappointed.

Description of Work: The service we asked to have done was not accomplished. Frank,the electrician kept saying, well I'm not sure, but I can try this. He tried several times to get our service working but each time failed and more hourly expense accrued. If he was not skilled or qualified to perform the services that we asked for than he should have said so and not charged us $95 per hour (2 and 1/2 hours) while he experimented. When I called to set up the appointment and described what we wanted done, he told me that he could do it. Overall, he was polite and friendly but we spent $251.50 and now we will have to hire someone else to get the work done.

Mountain Tech reqrets that we were not able to repair the problems that were not electrical caused. We have discussed this issue with our tech and will adjust our time cost, so this does not happen again.We take extreme measures to insure good service. Our cost are within the industry guildlines. Description of Work: Installed 2 customer supplied outdoor lighting fixtures. One was a replacement and the other was a new installation. Provider made a mistake and cut a big hole in the side of my house, then covered it with a plastic plate after the correct hole was drilled. I don't believe I got any credit for the mistake and the time it took to make and fix that mistake. I'm not real happy about the plate and the hole behind it. Yes, he spent several hours here and otherwise did a good job, but the bill was surprizingly high and the hole is still there and unsightly. That is why I gave lower ratings to "Price" and "Quality" above. The $49.00 that I paid to Angie's List did not seem to help me much, so I ended up paying about $500 for something I might have been able to do myself with free help from a brother or friend.
