See below Would you use this provider again? Absolutely not, would not advise anyone to use Moir?s coatings. Jason lied to me several times about how my builder was interfacing with him, as well as his and his crews abilities. He attempted to turn me against my builder.
Description of Work: See below April 2016, Moirs coatings was hired to apply a specific epoxy coating to the first floor of my house. The product agreed upon was not used. After 3 attempts, the epoxy coating still had bubbles throughout the finish. Unacceptable. Jason would not come to my house to see the damage. He attempted to charge my credit card for the balance I owed him, even tho he had not inspected the final, unacceptable, finish and did not have my permission for the transaction. He attempted to blame my builder for the problems. We received a financial settlement from his insurance company to 'repair' the damage. Then, he hired a lawyer to draw up papers in attempt to place a lein on my home for the balance I owed him. I had to hire a lawyer, which deducted from the settlement, to respond to the lein which he withdrew. If you use Moirs Coatings, which I would not recommend, make sure ALL details are well defined.
