+ 2 moreThey did a very good job. Glenn Marquez is the owner. He has a full scale of folks who can help him with the plumbing, flooring, and, etc. He is a very conscientious worker. He pays attention to details. We don’t know how to compare our prices with others. Our prices were comparable. The cost included the material, labor, and everything. He touched a lot of area. There was some problem with the fencing, so they try to correct it three times. The work was very minimal and didn't cost us extra. If we ask them to do things outside the estimate that would cost us extra. Overall, we are pretty happy with what they did. He would respond quickly as possible if we wanted anything.
Description of Work: Modern Living Construction remodeled our kitchen. They put in pre-engineered flooring in our den and entryway. They put in fencing. They did a complete remodeling.
