They did everything that I expected. I would recommend them.

I stopped by their location one day after having a broken dishwasher for more than year. I figured I would be told to buy a new one as repairs are so expensive. Instead, the woman described a variety of options available to me and was willing to describe the range of problems it could be and about what each would cost to fix. Most would say they have no idea, and of course, it could cost a lot. She assured me that for a reasonable trip charge, they would both determine the problem and the cost of repair so I only would be in for the trip charge which was reasonable, and that trip charge would be applied to the repair. They also came quickly and on time, and did as they said. It turned out to be a simple thing, but plumbers and other handy-people who I had look at it had not found it. So it was a terrific experience. I give them a 5 for professionalism, but a 4 for quality because my dishwasher was put back in at an odd angle and there are other minor problems now I did not have before. Not sure if it is about what they did or not-- but suspect it is the angle they left the dishwasher and that they did not follow through and check that all worked well before they left.

They came right away. I called them on a Friday and they were here on Monday.

They were quick, efficient and polite. I would strongly recommend this company if you need appliance repair! I tried Sears Service first and all they wanted to do was have me buy a new refridgerator. Lee's Appliance Service is the type of company you are looking for when you come to this site.

They did a great job. They were very professional and even though they were training a new technician they were still timely and effecient.

It went very well. The company responded quickly and arrived on time for the appointment. I was impressed with the technician's knowledge since he discerned rather quickly that it was a problem with the washer's timer. Thankfully, they found another timer since it was an older machine and had the repairs completed in short order.

Two repairmen came from Lee's - one checked the dryer while the other examined the refrigerator and dishwasher. After cleaning out the lint screen, it was discovered that it was broken, and could not be replaced, as the part was no longer available. Instead, they decided to replace the dryer, which they did a few days later. They also hauled away the old dryer/washer, and made sure the new set-up was working. A kink was discovered in the tubing for the refrigerator, as was an error in pipe-fitting under the sink. Once those two problems were addressed, the refrigerator's ice maker was fixed. A test run of the dishwasher also indicated that it was no longer making the noise as before. The two men worked out payment with the owner of the apartment over the phone, so I did not deal with that aspect of the service. But the owner did call me later to tell me that he was impressed with the professionalism of the service. The repairmen came within the appointed window of time and called ahead to alert me when they would arrive. They were able to make the diagnosis and most of the repairs quickly. A couple of quibbles: after the pipes under the sink were refitted, there was a large puddle of water left in the cupboard, which I had to wipe up. Also, the serviceman had to use my vacuum cleaner to clean out the lint screen. I would have thought he would have brought his own. But otherwise, I was pleased with the work that was done.

It was an unusual situation. We didn't fix it the first time. They came back and fixed it correctly. It wasn't their fault; they just didn't have enough information the first time.

I called to schedule an appintment and the lady was professional and helpful. They sent two people out the next morning. They were effecient (.5 hour) and polite. They brought the correct parts and I felt their prices were reasonable.

Their service was fine but i did wish they would have communicated with me about the process more.

The Lee repair peraons were quick to identify the problems and make the repairs.

They are really good. We called them and they asked us to bring it in and if they found the part they would fix it the same day. My husband picked it up that very afternoon and brought it back home. I was very pleased with them again and every time I have used them I have been pleased. I have used them three times once for an oven when the panels had gone out. They came out when they said they would right away. They said it was pretty old and were not sure if they would get the part. They called the next day and said they had the part and if they could come out. They came and fixed it. The ice maker in the refrigerator had a problem and he came out and looked at it and said the hose was disconnected and you don't need a new ice maker. I was pleased with that. The price was good.

Fixed my refrigerator and my washing machine on the same visit. Repairman was professional and on time. Took the repairman a few minutes to diagnose the problems and fixed them rapidly.

The repair job required three visits: 1. Diagnose the problems and determine which parts were needed 2. Return trip with new parts. The dryer part was DOA, and the refrigerator part did not resolve the issue. Both appliances required a part re-order. 3. Return trip with new parts. The new parts did resolve the problems for both appliances. Lee's did a great job with scheduling and sent qualified personnel to our home. The technicians were courteous and were seemed to be careful with our home. The only frustration was the requirement for three trips, although I doubt this could be avoided considering the technicians consulted directly with the manufacturers for diagnosis and part selection.

The serviceman showed up on time, diagnosed the problem with our electric dryer, and replaced the heating coil in about half an hour to 45 minutes. All in all, a positive experience, but the charge was more than I expected. We haven't needed any appliance repairs in quite a while, so the price may not be out of line. I'd call them again if the need arose.

They were pretty responsive, friendly, & quick. Price was excellent. I would use them again.

After no prior company was able to diagnose what was wrong with my three year old dishwasher, I contacted Lee's Appliances based on what I'd read on Amy's List. It's a quaint family run business with all the charm and personal attention that comes with. They were able to schedule the diagnosis within a couple days of when I called. It didn't take them long to determine what was wrong. They purchased the part later that day and came back to install it the very next day. The gentlemen that came were polite, easy to work with and knowledgable. I would recommend them and use them again.

The refrigerator ice maker had stopped working, and the refrigerator cooling efficiency had been slowly worsening. I called the firm, and they were able to send a technician to diagnose the problem that day. The next day another tech came with the required part, which he quickly and efficiently replaced. I was amazed at how simple it was, and please with the quick and reasonably-priced service.

Everything went according to plan and they even were able to arrive earlier than expected, which worked well for me!

I've been very happy with them. I would definitely use them again. The cost wasn't much.

I called one afternoon, and they arrived early the next morning. They fixed the refrigerator door and determined that my washing machine needed a new clutch. They left, saying they would order the part, and called later that day to say they could install the clutch the next morning, which they did. The representatives were polite, responsive, professional, and I felt their charges were entirely fair. I have recommended them to friends who live in the area.

The two service men were courteous and worked hard. The one spent an hour getting the ice build-up out of the freezer. Once that was done the part was replaced quickly. Had an overall great experience and would use them again.

I purchased this dishwasher (used) from Lee's just over two years ago, when my previous machine died. As I was quite happy with them then, when the upper rack crashed down, I had no hesitation about calling them back. They were prompt, polite, knew exactly what they were doing, brought the parts that they would need with them, charged a reasonable fee and were in and out in about ten minutes.
