Lee's appliance was my first call in seeking a repairman. Renel, the receptionist was so pleasant and helpful that I decided on the spot to use Lee's. This is unusual for me, I usually speak to at least three companies before I make a selection. However, Renel was so amazing I decided to go ahead and schedule with Lee's, thinking, "I wonder if they know what a gem they have in Renel?" The work was scheduled to begin between 10 and noon the next work day. Imagine my delight when Zach called at 9am wondering if he could come early. EARLY! Of course this worked for me, so I told him to head on over. Zach spent about 20 minutes looking at my two appliances. He repaired the electrical short in my dishwasher and told me he would have to order the parts for my dryer and would come back to finish the job when the parts were received. The job was scheduled for the end of the week, to start between 10 and noon. Once again, Zach called around nine, could he come early? EARLY again! Yes, of course! Zach spent about 20 more minutes installing the new parts on my dryer and was done! The cost was considerably less than I had budgeted for the two repairs and the service was top notch. I just added their webpage to my bookmarks. I will never shop around for an appliance repair company again, I just found mine!

My dryer was working great - except the wires that were hanging out- and after Lee's Appliance worked on it it in no longer drying the clothes. they came out 3 times every time saying they had fixed it never staying through a cycle to see it the clothes were dry. Every time i would call them back to fix it it would be 3-5 days so i have been with out my dryer for a month now. Today when i called back after the 5th repair visit i called back to say it still is not fixed and they told me i could get another repair place to come out and then they hung up on me.

I called the company to get quotes to fix my Whirlpool electric range. Gales answered the call and sounded very courteous and professional. Unlike other companies, she started troubleshooting the heating coil issue on the call. She was very quick and knowledgeable. After few questions, she informed me that the issue could be with our fuse. We flipped the fuse and voila it started working. We were very pleased with their service. We will surely use them in future and highly recommend them.

The tech showed up early, made the repair efficiently and effectively, and explained everything in simple terms. I would not only recommend this business to anyone, they exceeded my expectations in all aspects of the service provided.

Called and actually talked to a nice lady and she set up an appointment. The window of when they would show up was between 11 am and 3 pm, 4 hours which is 1/2 a normal day, and they didn't even show up for that. They were a no show and I waited for them. I called them 45 min after that window and they were closed. This Angies site lists the hours of operation till 4:30 and I had called at 3:45. I guess having customers is such an inconvenience! I called Sooner Appliance and the fellow answered and is coming tomorrow from 2 to 3Pm...a 1 hour window. I will report how it goes. Enjoy your day!

They're scheduling was very responsive - they tried to fit us in earlier even. The tech called 30min prior to his arrival and arrived on time. He diagnosed the problem and completed the repair in less than 30min. I gave their pricing a 'Good' because a $75 part added into a $200 invoice. I reviewed the costs with the tech and a completed invoice was emailed to me the next day. I needed the fridge fixed and they took care of it properly the first time. Overall, I was very impressed.

I used Lee's Appliance and refrigeration service a little over year ago when my dryer broke during the Thanksgiving holiday. John Burkhart the owner was very informative and gave me good advice and along with some additional research I did, I had decided to have the dryer repaired instead of purchasing a new one. They were ethical, professional, very clean and adequately priced for the service my dryer needed.

For the initial visit, the repairman was able to quickly diagnose the issue and said he would order the part and arrange for the office to contact us for a repair visit. He said the repair should be around $225, but he would call if it was going to be higher. On the day of the repair he was there right on time. He had a very pleasant demeanor, worked quickly and was very professional. The price was less than he originally quoted, we were pleasantly surprised! The dishwasher works great now. No leaking and no bad odor. We would definitely use this company again.

The serviceman explained why my fridge would no longer make ice and we discussed repair vs replacement. There was no pressure for me to replace the part. He was quick and I really appreciated his work.

Sorry I've delayed in writing a review but I wanted to be sure to get this on on the record. I had another provider out who charged me more and did not solve the problem with my refrigerator at all. The sloppily dressed technician had no idea what the problem was so just tried this and that. I called Lee's, they were able to come out the next day and immediately identified and fixed the problem. Very responsive, very knowledgable and very professional.

I called Lee's this morning since over the weekend the dryer stopped producing heat. I had called my usual repair service, and they couldn't come til Wednesday. Anyone who relies on their washer and dryer knows that this is something you need asap if at all possible! The person answering the call said they had a cancellation, and that she would check with the service person to see if it would work for me to be seen today. Sure enough, she called back and gave me a 2 hour window-between 12 and 2. At 11:30 Eddie called and said he was on his way! He arrived ahead of schedule, quickly determined the problem, had the part in his truck!!, and installed it-all within about 20 minutes. He was punctual, polite, courteous and professional. After dealing with many service people in the past, it was nice having someone not be so chit-chatty about everything, but focus on getting the job done, which Eddie did. I thought the price was reasonable, and within a half hour I had my dryer back drying sheets that sat damp all of Sunday. Thank you, Lee's!!! I now have your number on my i phone.

The service exceeded my expectations! Eddie and Isreal were professional, careful and quick. The job was done in 30 minutes. This was sort of an emergency situation in that we needed the move completed so that the remodeling contractor could proceed. We called the morning of 12/1 and by noon had the commitment to do the work the next morning. I am very happy to have connected with this company and will use them again.

Well, the phone, as outlined already, was very helpful. We decided not to have anyone come out, and we purchased a replacement machine.

Arrived on time. Determined the problem quickly. Repairs took less than 1/2 hour. Refrigerator now running well.

My fridge wasn't keeping things cold anymore, and I noticed a problem with the freezer coldness as well. I called on the morning of 4/8/14, and received a 2-hour appointment window the same morning. I live close to their office, so I think that helped. The technicians called about 10-15 minutes before arrival. Two guys came, and they were very friendly and efficient. They determined I needed a new defrost terminator. They didn't have one in their van/truck, but one guy continued to work on defrosting the ice build-up at the back of my freezer, and the other drove quickly and got one from the office. It was a great experience overall. They fixed my fridge within a few hours of calling -- can't beat that really. And I felt the price was reasonable.

They quoted me a price of $150 on the phone but charged me $250. They had "forgotten" to tell me that the trip charge hadn't been included.

They replaced a defective switch in a counter top range. They brought two men to handle the lifting out of the range. They helped us clean the counter top before replacing the range. The switch was hard to find, but they found it in California. Overall, excellent service at a reasonable price.

The Maytag gas oven was not heating correctly; Excel Energy checked it, put on a yellow warning tag, and told me not to use the oven until the condition was corrected. Lee's Appliance sent Zack and Jerry to do the needed repair. They were on time, very polite and professional, and had the oven fixed and checked quite speedily (with the racks put back in + the kitchen rug in the right place!).

Knowledgeable on all types of Sears appliances, friendly, professional, and reasonable priced.

I struggle with how to rate this vendor, because I was really happy on one hand, and really disappointed on the other. I was in a real bind, because we are under contract on our house, and the day before the inspection, our stovetop ignition went out. Uggh. I was desperate to get it fixed before the inspector came, and Lee's Appliance was amazingly responsive. Totally exceeded my expectations. They had a technician out within a few hours. The technician knew how to fix the issue, they had the part, and it was fixed within a very short period of time. I was delighted. Unfortunately, the tech left a deep, 10 inch gauge in my hardwood floor. What a bummer, right when we are in the middle of selling our house. The tech was also going to leave the oven at a very obvious angle, tilted back so that the front part of the stove was higher than the back. There's no way I could have fixed it by myself if he had left with it like that. He fixed that before he left, but there's nothing he could do about the gauge in the floor. It would have been really easy for him to put something under the stove when he slid it out to prevent damage to the floor, but now the entire floor will have to be sanded and refinished for it to be repaired.

The problem was diagnosed as a leak in the refrigerant system. It was suggested that the refrigerant be installed and see how long it lasts. This will also give us some time to shop around for a replacement since it is cost prohibitive to find the leak and repair it. I was very pleased with the service.

They came and got to work immediately diagnosing the issue (dryer ran but wouldn't heat). Replaced part and out the door in under an hour. Works great

The refrigerator had quit working overnight. Called and was told that they would try to work us in sometime after noon. The technician arrived early and had the correct part with him. The repair was completed without incident and on the first service call. I would use Lee's Appliance & Refrigeration again without any reservations.
