After calling 5+ plumbers and being told there was no way they could get here today, Knight showed up promptly and got my hydronic heating system up and running. Just in time too as it started snowing while Ethan was installing a new water pump.

I had the service to have my furnace serviced and cleaned. During the inspection, it was learned that an ignition switch needs to be replaced. The tech did not have the part and said I would be charged another service charge along with labor to install the part. Not very happy a t the double billing.

The company needs to send more experienced people the first time around and i would only recommend for the Sr to do the work, not the Jr

The technician was "very" knowledgeable and helpful. He explained things in great detail and even told me how I can save money in the future. It made me comfortable enough to discuss future work I will likely need done on my furnace.
