Prompt and honest service

We have had our swamp cooler repaired before for similar services Knight would be doing but their price for repair was double the cost ($500.00) for replacement of pads and putting a new line in. We decided to try to do most repairs on our own. Aaron the tech at least did show me how to do most of the repairs for the $49.00 service fee.

Next day quote for furnace replacement and install the following day.

Both Adam and Ethan are total pros. Never had the feeling like I was getting the run around. I could have possibly paid less on parts and labor, but their reassurance of their work was more than worth the money.

Timely and made me feel comfortable about an area of my house I don't know much about. Will definitely use them in the future.
