Knight Heating and Cooling

I hired Knight to replace a burned out HVAC blow motor. By nature and based on my wide range of experiences, given the part, I could have easily done the job myself; however, I hired Knight for convenience sake. I'm glad that Knight was professional, competent and performed the task at a price that was reasonable compared to the price quotes that I received from other firms. Knight's team provided excellent service. Both the office customer service reps and service people were responsive and eager to get the job done right.

So easy to work with

I burned out a aquastat on my Crown Boiler. Replaced it with a new Aquastat, but boiler would not fire. Replaced a control board and new pilot assembly. Boiler still would not fire. Everything else seemed to work. I called Pression plumbing and the guy wanted to redo my wiring at a cost of $1,500.00 with no guarantee that would fix the boiler. I declined asking him to simply recheck existing wires. He refused. I than called Knight Mechanical refered by Home advisors. Arren came out yesterday and found out the problem and got the boiler to fire on. Took him about an hour and a half. He really knows his stuff. He is honest and will save you money.

These guy charge an honest rate, and no visit fees. The tech explained the work he would be doing, and listened to my information about my boiler system.

Judy at Knight was excellent & although unfortunately there were issues as long as everything got worked out we are fine with it. I will use them again.

Great experience with full transparency on what was taking place and why. Its just always difficult to be comfortable with the amount of money they charge for these efforts - this issue is across the board with all companies. I would rather pay more money on the experience I had than pay less for a lesser experience.

Everything about my experience was fantastic. Great customer service. The price I paid to have my gas line installed was nearly $1000 less than other estimates. They were on time, never late, for the estimate and the eventual installation. Everyone I interacted with were polite and friendly. I would readily use this company again in a heartbeat.

They did break a tile in my laundry room when they brought in the heater and didn't tell me, which was disappointing. Otherwise, they were excellent!

These guys are great, the technicians that came out were awesome. I got a complete explanation of the process, how the furnace works and it’s functional stages. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing to isolate the problem. Once the isolation of the problem was identified, it was a quick diagnosis. We discussed the next steps of the process, I had to wait for the part but technician assured I was taken care of by offering solutions to keep warm. Thank goodness it was a mild few days but the offer was much appreciated. When the part arrived it was a very quick turn around and another great technician was on time like the first and assured I was aware of the work that would take place. Not enough stars to express how impressed I am with the service. I have heat , woo hoo.

Using our own analysis, we determined the nature of the failure, and identified the replaceable unit needed. We notified Knight of our efforts and was able to help them obtain the necessary part prior to their arrival. The process worked smoothly and resulted in more rapid return to normal.

They diagnosed and cleaned the flame sensor on the furnace and explained it to me clearly.
