Super impressed with Knight Mechanical and Aaron. Had an inoperable furnace, which turned out was due to the door not affixed correctly. Aaron was awesome! Got it up and running in 30 seconds (literally). As silly as I felt having the issue, he was courteous and professional the entire time. Thanks so much for the great, speedy, efficient service. You'll be hearing from me for all my heating/plumbing/electrical needs in the future!

My initial estimate was for $99 - $150. The actual cost was @219. I realize it's hard to know how much will be involved in the actual repair, but the technician was only here for 25 minutes and only had to use the snake. The technician was very professional and capable.

They replaced my sewer pipe. They were friendly, fast and left my yard super clean. I will be hiring them for any plumbing issues I have in the future.

I can't say enough great things about this company. I HIGHLY recommend them. Their customer service from the first phone call with Judy , to the first person to come out, Aaron, to the Tech, Ethan who performed the diagnostic test and then the repair. Aaron fully explained the possibilities of what was causing the system to fail and the cost of rectifying each possible problem based on what the test would tell us. Ethan did the diagnostic test and again reconfirmed the pricing Aaron had given us. The cost of the replacing of the coil included the testing done the day before and there was no service charge on top of all of this as the other companies were charging. It was an all-inclusive price that remained the same and I signed of on today fully satisfied and cool once again in my home. The communication was great and I always got a call when each person was on their way, everything was done when and how we were promised. What more can you ask for in a contractor?

I hired this pro to come service my water heater . I had an appointment window between 10-12. The appointment was confirmed the day before. I waited from 10-12:30. They never showed up, never called, never texted, nothing....4 days later I still have not heard from them. very disappointing

Very professional and gave multiple cost effective options.

We had a leakage issue and it turned out to be a simple fix just by replacing the guts of the toilet. It didn't take long for the professional to locate the issue as well as give us a reasonable price quote. He was also honest and told us we could easily fix the problem ourselves and not have to pay for labor by hiring someone. Great experience. Will hire again.

Aaron (partner/Owner) called to ask if he could arrive early and got staight to work. With my review of the issues, he nailed the problem down within 15 minutes. He had the capacitor part with him and the failing unit was back on quickly. Love it after two days of 95+ without A/C. We plan to replaces these failing two units (goodman units) next year and he took the time review options and costs too. Aaron was very through, patient, friendly, and took the time to explain everything. Great service guy!

Not only did the plumber that was sent to me took pride in his company , but also took pride in his work. Very professional and cleaned every thing after having to replace a messy sump pump. I would recommend Knight Mechanical to any one.

All I can say they are very knowledgable and professional and performed outstanding work. Just a positive experience all around. I would give Knight Mechanial a A+. I will always use them in the future.

Furnace repair turned out to be an easy fix. They were quick and reasonably priced.

Matt and Ethan arrived during the planned time, calling first to say they were on their way. Very personable and got right to work after giving me a veteran's discount. Went above and beyond with the installation of the outside faucet that had frozen and was cracked. Very pleased, and will contact them again for furnace replacement next year.
