The service tech, Matt, came to the house and identified the problem and the failed part. He drove through Denver traffic to get part. He installed it and tested the fix to make sure it would not fail in the same way. He then made some adjustments to the furnace to make it better.

I'd been having some intermittent heating issues this past week and decided it was finally time to get someone out to help us fix it since its been pretty cold out and we didn't want to wait until it gave up entirely. We submitted the request in the evening and were contacted within minutes and an appointment was scheduled for the following day. The technician (I'm sorry I can't recall his name) can out exactly on time and worked with me for close to an hour to diagnose the problem which turned out to be my thermostat not the furnace (thankfully) and I was able to take care of that myself. They didn't even charge me for the service. The help I got diagnosing the problem and customer service during the process was top notch. I cannot recommend Knight Mechanical enough.

These guys are awesome they mean what they say and they say what they do. I was in a bind no heat and a snow storm plus I was supposed to go out of town. They went way above and beyond. This was a repair and when everyone one else told me I would have to replace it, they were the only one that tried to repair it. They couldn't and my new furnace was put in next day they were not the cheapest but next to it. I would have paid more for there service. Give them a call you will be glad you did.

Overall, I am pleased with the company. They were doing a fireplace install at my house and I threw them a curveball at the last minute. Corey rolled with it and went beyond his responsibilities to solve the issue. They were able to fit me in almost immediately and the price point is competitive. That said, I am docking them one star. When tweaking some of the gas line in the basement ceiling, rather than use a ladder, they stepped on my furniture and damaged it. I recall hearing a large bang and suspect a wrench was dropped causing the issue. I understand that things happen but I would minimally expect to be notified that this happened.

We had a gas leak in the garage area at the condo we were selling. We found out about it the day before Thanksgiving. The condo is an hour's distance from our place. I was nervous about finding some one to fix the leak the day before Thanksgiving & before the predicted cold weater set in. Also concerned with being gouged for the service. Aaron connected me with Cory, who not only fixed the leak & checked to be sure it was totally safe at least 4 times, he checked and cleaned the AC & heating furnace. He was very upfront about what he was doing & what needed to be done. Pricing was very fair. Cory was very informative and honest with every question I asked as well. I highly recommend them. Thank you Cory! You made my Thanksgiving!

Aaron and Matt were prompt, friendly and professional, and were able to meet my scheduling requirements. They were in and out with a minimum of fuss, and did an excellent job. I will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs.

When I first spoke with Aaron, he was very upfront about the cost and what he could and could not offer in a quote without seeing the furnace. He came by and explained everything he was doing / looking at, answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful.

Aaron and Corey are the best. They were quick to diagnose the complex problem, professional in explaining it to me and, once the part was received, quickly had the a/c working again. They were a joy to work with, very knowledgeable yet totally personable, and I highly recommend them.
