Absolutely amazing. In a time where customer service seem sto be a lost art, Kevin is fantastic, technicaly brilliant, courteous and prompt.

He came out pretty quick and finished the job before I could get to see it. He was excellent, the price was fair and did a god job.

Our neighbors were out of town and we were watching the house. We noticed their freezer was leaking. They asked us to get a repair person in to look it over. I'd used Kevin Sealman before with good results. He was able to come in a take a look, offer a couple of possibilities and suggested the lower-cost option to try first. It worked and the freezer seems to be working just fine now.

Kevin was very helpful in diagnosing the problem. His diagnosis was correct, and he had the part with him to complete the job. He also cleaned the fan and vacuumed the dust off the coils and gave helpful advice on maintaining the refrigerator (and other appliances) and on do-it-yourself jobs he noticed as he entered the house (for example, he noticed that I needed to caulk around the front door and told me what type to use and how to do it correctly). He was just about right on target with his estimate, too! When he was delayed by car trouble, he notified me and was punctual for his new appt. later that same day.

From the time I called until the time our lawnmower was fixed was approximately 3 hours. Very professional and great service. Would definitely use him again.

Called Kevin to repair malfunctioning clothes dryer. He actually came back twice because the problem was not obvious and he had to try a couple different solutions. I was ready to throw in the towel on the old dryer but he didn't give up. Ended up replacing the thermister, which solved the problem. I asked if he would look at the downstairs shower as the control was not providing hot water. He replaced it but in the meantime noticed that the caulking around the shower base and around the sinks was cracking and he repaired it. While he was here a new control panel for the stove was delivered and I realized that I would not be able to do the work myself as I had planned. He very patiently took on that task also.

Overall it went great. He completed the work quickly and his price was great. After he was finished he even took the time to show me how to clean the coils on my fridge - at no extra charge. Kevin is a rare treat in the contractor world! I will recommend him to all of my friends.

I called Kevin at 9AM on a monday morning and he was there by 11AM. He diagnosed a specific problem with my refrigerator and had it repaired in lesss than an hour. Basically he charged for the part and for labor -- there were no "show up" charges or "diagnosis" charges.

I called about Kevin about six p.m. and he said he'd come right away, much to my surprise. About 45 minutes later he was here and quickly found the problem and fixed it.

Kevin returned my call right away and did the job quickly. We and our tenant were very impressed with his knowledge, service and demeanor. we will certainly use him again.

Kevin was fantastic. I had to leave for an appointment shortly after the discovery that there was nothing wrong with the washer. He inspected and replaced the furnace filter, unjamed and cleaned the ice machine in the refrigerator, cleaned out the dirt and grime that had collected behind the refrigerator over several years, and performed several other tasks. My mother in law was very impressed with him and commented that if she had not already been married, she would consider marrying Kevin. That, my friends, is pretty high praise. The total price paid included the non-returnable special-order washer part that we ended up not needing, and about an hour or so of additional work he did around the house.

Kevin is highly skilled and experienced. He was able to diagnose the problem with our oven over the phone and promptly ordered the part. He came exactly on time which we really appreciated and was then asked to fix the refrigerator which decided to stop working on that very day. He diagnosed it quickly and just happened to have the part it needed with him! Very lucky for us. He also fixed our front door! We?re glad we found him and would highly recommend him.

I was able to purchase the motor for much cheaper. I instead installed it myself. Kevin's returned the check for $80 that I had paid them.

He called me back right away and had me check the power source first. Once we confirmed that it wasn't the fuse, we set up a time for him to come the following day. He arrived on time, was friendly and did the job well.

When our old microwave died, we called Kevin Sealman of Kevin's Kwality Appliance out to conduct the postmortem. An internal fuse had blown. After installing a new fuse, Kevin tested it. Sure enough, the transformer was bad and the fuse blew again. Kevin gave us some tips on what to look for in a new unit and charged us only for the visit. After further research, we settled on a new unit and decided to have Kevin install it for us. He came at the appointed time and did a beautiful job on the installation. In checking the wiring, he noticed that it wasn't showing a proper ground, so he corrected that as well. When he was done, he tested the new unit to make sure it was working properly, cleaned the area completely and even took our old unit with him.

Called Kevin about the problem - he answers the phone every time (refreshing). He guessed at what it might be, pulled the part and scheduled a visit. He showed up and it took 45 minutes. While he was there he looked at a couple of other things that he did not charge me for. He made recommendations on the care of the refrigerator. He recommended maintenance on the element in the oven. He also cleaned the compartment where the part burned out.

When I called he suggested clearing/vacuuming the grate in the back. I did and it seemed to begin working. He left me free to tell him not to come out since it seemed to be working better. I wanted him to check it thoroughly, which he did. When he opened the back, there was, in fact, dust clogging the filter inside. He thoroughly vacuumed the filter and all items around it. He advised me how to plug the refrigerator back in only after 5-10 minutes to protect the appliance. He also checked the connections from the compressor to be sure it was working and then vacuumed under the front and checked inside the freezer to be sure there was no water build-up inside. It was thorough, prompt, professional job. I've programmed his number into my phone, and I'm happy to recommend him to anyone.

He was quick and did a very good job. After making sure that the washer cycle did not leak any water at all, we checked to see why my dryer was not drying clothing all the way. We decided it was an initial diagnosis of operator error but that I would keep in touch with him to see if anything else was going on with it.

We e-mailed Kevin late Wednesday night, and he called us early Thursday morning. We scheduled the appointment for Friday morning (I think he could have come over Thursday afternoon, but that did not work for our schedule), and he was on time. He was nice and highly professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher, replaced an inexpensive fuse and charged us very little. I am going to recommend him to everyone I know, and I will never call anyone else for an appliance repair again!!! Great job.

He was very honest and helpful. He came on time and gave us the feedback that we needed. Even though he did not fix the machine he recommended that the fee for fixing would be equivalent to buying a new one. I would call them again in the future should the need arise.

After a week, the refrigerator is still working great. Kevin gave me great service and the charge was very reasonable. The only negative, and it was a small negative, was that he was about 30 minutes later than expected. I would definitely use his services again.

Kevin answered his own phone, understood the problem, looked up the cost for the replacement glass and called me back. He came the next day and fixed the problem. However, there was some scorching on the glass of the exterior of the door. He called several days later to discuss that problem. I'm awaiting a price from him to replace that glass as well. His bill was exactly what he told me it would be, and I appreciate the good service.

It was clear from the start that he knew what he was doing. I'd had some bad experiences in the past and was very leery. He was fast, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it without muss or fuss. The second service call turned out to be unrelated to the first, but he fixed it quickly. No part was available, so he jury-rigged a solution that turned out to be workable, at least until a part becomes available.

I felt the serviceman was honest. His communication was good. The prices were reasonable. He did everything in a timely manner and was knowledgeable in what he was doing.

Kevin was great and very personable. He does not seem to be tied to a strict schedule so is available any time to help you. We had scheduled him earlier in the day and canceled later when we thought we could fix the problem. Didn't work. We called to reschedule and he was right on it. He came over, fixed the problem and even recommended we replace the water hoses with better ones. He had the new hoses and sold them to us for less than a hardware store. We will call him again and we highly recommend him. Please add us to his growing list of satisfied customers.
